Amazing hotel. Close enough to the city of Atlanta without staying in the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s close to a nice suburban area Alpharetta with a mall that has the cutest indoor play place for kids. The hotel was safe clean and perfect all around. Free breakfast was a plus!

Good property, good breakfast options and prefect location that had restaurants, shopping and entertainment within 2 to 5 minutes from location on the same street. One of the hotel elevators was not working the entire stay, hotel did not have extra blankets for the pullout bed.

Room felt dirty and i felt dirty staying there. Was really excited to go home and shower. Staff was super nice but theres nothing special about the room. Basic TV and small fridge. Was not worth $96 a night. No microwaves in the room. Not a great room if you have little ones that go to bed early cause then you go to bed early. Food on property is overpriced along with the drinks. Did offer free breakfast which was food but nothing special.

Completely lack of understanding and sympathy. We had a one night planned with my wife for valentines and the morning of our stay my wife woke up sick with food poisoning and we were not able to go. So we tried to switch our reservation to another day and the hotel refused to wave the fee which was more expensive than the stay and ended up simply losing our money and reservation. I understand rules but there is a more important part and that is customer service. Never would we ever consider this hotel again.

This property was under renovation. However, when I went in the check in, the young man at the desk told me to hold on and he went to talk to one of the construction workers. I was left standing for a while and finally another desk employee ask if I was being helped and helped me. He never came back. We were told our room was renovated. It was nice and clean however, if this was my bathroom I'd have them come back. The tub spout was not installed correctly and water from the shower was pouring down the hole in the wall. The shower head was not installed correctly either. We turned of the light in the frig because it lit up the whole room at night. There was a very nice breakfast bar. We'd try this location again in hopes things get fixed.

I checked in on Monday night around 11pm. The checkin lady seemed a bit strange. But, I noticed this stench in The lobby and as I looked to the right and inside the computer space there appeared to a homeless person and as I went around to look at the drink section where he was seating the smell got worst, he looked like he was testing to get some rest. He had a huge garbage bag with him. It made me feel unsafe and it appeared that the woman was aware of the citation and seemed frantic. While I feel sorry for his citation, if indeed he was homesless, as I know there is many around Alpharetta and near NPM because of Marta accessibility. I don’t think sheltering one at hotel is ok. This was Monday night 1/22. There are a cameras around and some needs to look into this issue if in deed he was homeless. As far as the hotel is under renovation lots of noise early in the morning until 8/9 pm. It also appears as people are living there and not just visiting.

The hotel was noisy day and night. It seemed that the hotel is under renovation. The elevators dont work, water supply is inconsistent and the internet is unavailable. I was truly disappointed and inconvenienced.

The property is under construction in various areas and the noise from 7 AM until 7 PM was significant. While there is a sign out that said it is under construction. It should’ve been noted as reservations are being made. The other issue was the hot water took almost 5 minutes to get fully hot which is ridiculous.

We reserved this hotel because of it's proximity to our relatives home, and we've stayed in many Hyatt Places before and had good experiences. This one was a bomb from the beginning. The first room they checked us into, the door didn't even close - all you had to do was push from the outside and it would open. They moved us to another room, and it was obvious the door had been broken into before, grooves next to the door knob looked like someone had used a screwdriver to get in. There was construction going on, construction dust and debris everywhere. Elevator was a mess, broken buttons on panel. Our sink wouldn't drain. New flooring is super noisy to walk on at night.No privacy in room, sink area faces beds and is open to room. Zero air flow in room, the a/c unit was filthy and squeaked constantly when we turned it on. Specifically asked for room service one day because we were leaving for afternoon, never came. They had fresh bottled smoothies in the cooler that were warm, not chilled, and tried to sell us one. NO thanks, didn't care to add food poisoning to the list. The breakfast was awful, the powdered eggs and turkey sausage patties were literally in someone's le crueset pots like someone had just brought them from their kitchen, and tasted horrible. The last straw was when we returned one evening the fire dept. was walking in with us - the manager was stuck in the elevator that had finally stopped functioning. We gave up and checked out the next day - total disaster!

The elevator in the hotel had a missing button. To go down from the fourth floor, you had to press the up arrow. Outside in the hotel parking lot near the dumpsters were furniture and boxes. They had a sign on the door saying there was reconstruction going on but I didn’t see any workers.

Only thing was the a/c unit cleanliness. My girlfriend was sick every night and only when we were in the room with the a/c on. We took a picture with the flash on and she was unhappy with the results.

I have stayed at many Hyatt Places in various cities. This was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. It was being renovated, however, the room had missing furniture, no lights except for the sink light, no garbage can, no bedding for the pull out sofa, one elevator was working with button missing, and worst of all, ants. In fact, I was woken by an ant crawling on me. That was the final straw so we got up and left. We went to the lobby then saw the construction crew eating the free breakfast and taking up most of the tables and chairs. Disappointed is an understatement.

Numerous disruptions and inconveniences due to ongoing renovations. Construction noise started at 8am every.single.day including S/S. Showering water pressure was non existent, it couldn’t spray out the shower head, just a weak waterfall. Was given the wrong kind of key upon checking in.(renovation issues) when we went back to the front desk, their mistake was treated like we were burdening them. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Limp soggy hash brown “Patties” meats were either watery or coated in grease. Cereal dispenser ground the cereal into dust, and the milk was sour on my last morning.

Very welcoming staff and nice property. Renovation at the moment but they managed to stay out the way of guest.

Under construction, half the furniture was not in the room. Assuming it’s being renovated, Dumpsters and Shipping containers in the parking lot. They offered a lower price but couldn’t because I used Expedia. ;(
