Nice overnight stay

Pros: The location was perfect for where we wanted to be for our two-day stays both up and back from Florida. The breakfast had many good choices.
Cons: Can't think of one thing right now.
Location: Location was perfect for friends we were visiting.
We stayed at this hotel both up and back from Florida; it was a reasonable price, was clean, had a wonderful breakfast which was included, and very nice staff. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area. If and when we drive back through this area, we would stay yet again at this particular hotel. Will remember this chain when we are traveling again. Great job!

Bathroom and older facilitys.

Cons: The hotel
Location: Close to a few restaurants and shopping centers nice views
The toilet and the lamp in the bathroom both were inoperative when we first went into the room. The walls were cracking by the window letting in lady bugs and god knows what else. After the restroom was fixed i understood why it was off it ran every fifteen minutes. The other rooms on either side must have had similar issues because we heard them as well.the breakfast was OK but not what you would expect. The worst part was the attitude of the manager when I asked questions.

Friendly staff, spacious room.

Pros: Big spacious room.
Cons: Need a microwave in the room.
We enjoyed our stay in Hyatt place at medlock bridge Johns creek. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the staffs are very friendly, they make you feel at home. We have stayed in Hyatt place in Alpharetta, service not as good as in Johns creek.

Hyatt Place

Location: Many restaurants and shopping.
Everything was wonderful with the exception of the amount of responsibilities that are placed on the front desk staff. They were very friendly, however most times they were responsible for checking in guests, running the coffee bar, bartending, food service and also cooking. I noticed that most guests were extremely patient and no one made a fuss, including me as we felt sorry for the team. They had to choose who to wait on first and everyone seemed to understand that the front desk check-in came first. With a current position in sales operations and a past in restaurant/hospitality, I can tell you that you that you would do better business at the bar if you had a bartender to wait on the guests. Having the front desk clerk watch over the coffee bar and food service after 2 a.m. would be appropriate, but not during peak times. The staff was wonderful and I will stay there again as I enjoyed my stay, however I feel my comments are warranted and will hopefully help in future planning.

We have stayed here several times while visiting our son. Large, comfortable rooms. There was a stain on the carpet but the desk clerk was responsive in getting it cleaned. Excellent free hot breakfast -- best of any hotels we've been to, but the staff was slow to refill food, silverware, etc. Very good price.

Great sheets awesome water in lobby eat early everything closes at 10pm in the surrounding area
