Would definitely stay again!!Posted Sep 7, 2014
The hotel is very nice! Every time we entered our room it smelled really good fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff very nice and knowledgable about restaurants and attractions. Breakfast very good! The egg white mushroom, cheese & spinach sandwhich is very good. Very a sweet and juicy grapfruit. Nice pool. My only complaint more drawer space and a microwave in the rooms. Highly recommended restaurants - Chef Robs carribean food the best ever. Gladys knight chicken and waffles uuuummmm!!

Pleasing stayPosted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: Staff very friendly. Clean.
Cons: Refrigerator in room wasn't very cold.
Location: Shopping centers close by. Only 15 mins. from Atlanta.
The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Even with parties on main level, it was quiet in our room. Will book this hotel again if we go back.

Plenty of room to roamPosted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: the big bathroom
Cons: A bigger pool would have been nice but closeness allowed us guests to mingle.
Location: we went to Stone Mountain and Legoland both are about 30 min from Norcross.
This was a family trip of four the sitting area was big enough for the kids to play while we prepared for site seeing in the sleeping area. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding the staff gave everyone plenty of time to eat and relax. Everyone was so nice all of us guests acted as if we knew each other for years.

really nice hotelPosted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Have linens available when needed
Location: great location, close to Atlanta
This is the third Hyatt that I have stayed at. I specifically picked a Hyatt to stay at during this trip because my experience the two previous times were so great. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the upkeep of the hotel itself. However, I do have one complaint. We stayed over the fourth of July weekend and over the holiday we did not receive any clean towels or bathrags. We actually went two days without receiving any clean linens. We had to use the same towels and bathrags three times and this was extrememly frustrating to me. When we asked for clean linens, we were told that there were none clean. While I enjoy staying at the Hyatt, it is very expensive and if I am going to pay that much a night for a hotel I expect to have clean towels and bathrags EVERYDAY. Other than this I have no other complaint.

Nice hotel to the Stone MountainPosted Jul 7, 2014
This is very nice hotel. The distance is a little away from the Atlanta downtown, but easily get to I-285. If you have a car it should be no problem.
