Our stay was very nice for one night. We were there to celebrate my friends 50th birthday and to attend OSS. The only complaint we had was the valet parking.... It wasn't convenient at all!!!

The hotel was nice and clean. Awesome view of downtown. The attached food court and Cvs was a Bonus. Lots of food choices.

Only problem we had was they did not have a bellman until 9:00 am. We needed someone to come get our luggage and store it before 9:00 am so we could go to the Apparel Mart for the day. We had to wait until after 9:00 for this service & we’re late for our appointment.

Upscale property convenient to downtown Atlanta attractions. Skyway to nearby mall and lots of dining options. About a 20 minute walk to Olympic park, World of Coca and Cola and CF Hall of Fame. Rooms was spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

This hotel valet was full, they instructed me to park in a lot behind the hotel. In this lot, my vehicle window was broken and someone stole items from my vehicle. They then informed me they don't cover that lot, but their valet guy instructed me to park there. He was rude and greeted me with "what's up big dog". They showed very little concern to make it right. Now I'm out of $485 to replace my back door window.

Very nice place! We were there for the Nike Big South Volleyball Tournament. The walk to the Convention Center wasn't bad at all. About 10 minutes or less. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!! Rooms were very clean and met our needs. Had restaurants close by and a CVS next door for things we needed. Will stay again when in Atlanta.
