Housekeeping

Not enough face cloths. Had to call several times for toilet paper and face cloths. Bed linens were not changed two days. Dirty linens were left on bed by maid services

Nice hotel

My experience was great overall. The price is too expensive along with the parking fee.

Terrible housekeeping

Pros: All of the restaurants served great food.
Cons: Housekeeping.... Housekeepers don't speak English, so good luck asking for extra towels. Also, experienced not getting towels, and leaving garbage.
Location: Hard Rock Café was very close by, close to Marta, and not far from World of Coke, Aquarium, etc. Lots to do!
Housekeeping was more than disappointing and left trash in room and didn't do a good job cleaning the bathroom. Plan on raiding the maid's cart for clean towels, because they won't just be there waiting for you, as expected. Got conflicting information from Concierge services who could have been more helpful, had they known what they were doing. It seemed every question we asked, they had to look up, which is something I could have done on my Smart phone. Seems they should have known more about what the common attractions are within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. The food was terrific. Loved the variety of the restaurants inside the hotel, and so much more was just steps away outside the hotel. (Although, good luck getting the Concierge to tell you about them!)

Nice view nice hotel rooms are small though, I would recommend if u wanna stay downtown its walkable

Cons: Hotel parking prices
Location: Great location! Close to downtown Atlanta attractions.
I loved it! Very nice, clean and good-sized room. Thanks to Expedia I got a great price for it. Definitely worth what I paid. I would gladly stay there again. I guess the only bad thing was that we had to park about 1-2 blocks away from the hotel because the hotel parking was very expensive! I think it cost $30 per night! The hotel parking lot wasn't worth the price in comparison to the parking garage down the street.

Nice hotel downtown

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was great! I have no problems checking in and the room was just as beautiful as it was comfortable. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Atlanta.

Second stay and might be last...hair in bathroom, vanity areas; soiled linens; 3rd flr rm hears ALL traffic. For the price it was not up to par but location is good.

Crappy checkin

When arriving on a Saturday we found that the parking deck attached to the hotel was full due to them taking non hotel guest parking on site. We were forced to park off location for 18.00 and walk with luggage .25 of a mile. The refrigerator was broken and ac did not work.

Horrible Parking & traffic

Location: we only came for one night, but had the most horrible experience. it wasn't necessarily with the room or staff, but more about the parking situation.
I don't think I can put it into less than 1500 characters, but I'll try. We got into Atlanta about 3:00. It took us over an hour to get into our room at the hotel (mainly due to the parking and traffic situation in downtown ATL). we called in advance (only about 2 minutes before getting to the hotel - while stuck in traffic) to inquire about the parking situation. The lady said they had Valet parking and just pull in and they'll park us. I pull up and the lady at the entrance says the garage is full. She explains there is a 'self-park' facility around the corner. We go there and they are just opening up another parking deck across the street from the one we were told to go to. after getting inside up steep ramps to the 2nd level around tight corner turns, the guy tells us the price for parking and that they close at 10pm. I explain that we will be leaving shortly to get our vehicle over to the Georgia dome only a mile away and we're going to a concert. The concert won't be over until after 11pm, so he said he can't make any exceptions. they lock the gate and that's it! So we have to leave the parking deck and find another place to park nearby. Nothing is really close. the closest place to park was about 3-4 blocks away and is a long way to walk with luggage. we left, went to the concert, came back only to have to pay again for parking overnight at the same lot because the garage was still full. Needless to say, I am not happy about our overall stay.
