Close to the Aquarium

Great hotel with nice rooms and helpful staff. BUT be aware that breakfast can have very long delays as business people tend to sit and chat for ages!!!

Matched & Surpassed Expectations

Booked this last second & hoped for the best. The price was right & the room was fantastic. Very stylish & comfortable. It also had a balcony with a great view of the city (which I didn't know about when I booked so that was a nice surprise). The staff was also great. The ONLY minor issue I had was with the self-parking. I'm not sure if it's the only self parking they have but they sent me down the street to a small garage & carrying luggage from that distance through crosswalks to the hotel was a bit of a pain. I would reccomend valet parking or at least unloading all of your stuff on the front drive before parking. My overall experience was wonderful & I plan on staying here again on future trips!

Cons: バスタブがないこと
Location: 駅直結で便利
何かと便利なホテル。チェックインがスムーズで水とリンゴももらえました。ホテル内にはショップ、自販機があり、隣接するビルのフードコートにも行けて何かと困ることがなかった。スタッフもフレンドリーで次回アトランタ旅行時には利用したいと思います。

Housekeeping

Not enough face cloths. Had to call several times for toilet paper and face cloths. Bed linens were not changed two days. Dirty linens were left on bed by maid services

Terrible housekeeping

Pros: All of the restaurants served great food.
Cons: Housekeeping.... Housekeepers don't speak English, so good luck asking for extra towels. Also, experienced not getting towels, and leaving garbage.
Location: Hard Rock Café was very close by, close to Marta, and not far from World of Coke, Aquarium, etc. Lots to do!
Housekeeping was more than disappointing and left trash in room and didn't do a good job cleaning the bathroom. Plan on raiding the maid's cart for clean towels, because they won't just be there waiting for you, as expected. Got conflicting information from Concierge services who could have been more helpful, had they known what they were doing. It seemed every question we asked, they had to look up, which is something I could have done on my Smart phone. Seems they should have known more about what the common attractions are within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. The food was terrific. Loved the variety of the restaurants inside the hotel, and so much more was just steps away outside the hotel. (Although, good luck getting the Concierge to tell you about them!)

Cons: Hotel parking prices
Location: Great location! Close to downtown Atlanta attractions.
I loved it! Very nice, clean and good-sized room. Thanks to Expedia I got a great price for it. Definitely worth what I paid. I would gladly stay there again. I guess the only bad thing was that we had to park about 1-2 blocks away from the hotel because the hotel parking was very expensive! I think it cost $30 per night! The hotel parking lot wasn't worth the price in comparison to the parking garage down the street.

Nice hotel downtown

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was great! I have no problems checking in and the room was just as beautiful as it was comfortable. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Atlanta.
