“Not Too Bad”

Considering we were stranded overnight in Atlanta due to weather the experience was not too bad. Expedia's service by phone was commendable since it was late at night and not much was available. We did not expect much per the price. Our taxi to and from the airport was more than the cost of the hotel. It is more than the 3 miles stated due to the road configuration around the airport. The pool pictured was empty though we had not planned to use it. I felt surprisingly safe even though it appeared there was a correctional facility directly across the street. The morning front desk was extremely helpful, friendly, and called for a taxi for us. Coffee was available early morning as well. Good shower. TV remote did not work. Thank you Expedia for saving us from a night at the airport.

“Worst hotel I've ever been in.”

I only booked the hotel cause it was cheap and had a swimming pool (and I guess technically they did have a pool but no water was in it.) The owner wasn't very friendly or accommodating about this.. The door wasn't locked when I first checked into my room, the hairdryer was broken, three lights in the room did not work, the refrigerator didn't keep my leftover pizza or my soda cold. there wasn't even a chain on the door ( although there was a space where the chain should have been.) the wireless internet was decent though. All in all I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay in this no star hotel....

always check for credibility of hotel chain. pictures are not always what is real!
