“A GOOD, INEXPENSIVE, NO-FRILLS MOTEL”

This motel is an older, but well maintained, unit. It provides accommodations at roughly half the price of chain units in the immediate vicinity. This is not a luxury hotel and does not have either bell or valet services. It is not particularly handicap friendly with a step up to enter the room. The rooms are large. Mine had both a microwave and a refrigerator. No in-room coffee pots but coffee is available in the lobby. There is easy access to at least three restaurants and two fast food restaurants. It is a good, inexpensive, no-frills motel.

“Locked Out!!!”

Upon check-in front desk couldnt understand that I only reserved one room after this delema I continued to worry what they were going to charge me on my credit card. After a much needed nights rest we were shocked to see a man staring into our room window. When he realized we saw him he took off before I could open the door to se what he wanted. We called front desk they assured us they would look into it. After our daily activities we returned to our room to find that our card keys would not work. We went to front desk and they were reprogrammed. The next morning at 7am our room telephone starts ringing and ringing, force myself out of bed to answer the phone to find its the front desk advising me its very important to cooperate with house keeping(now we know who the man n the window was) I reminded front desk clerk that its7 in the morning and Im sleeping. By 7:30 housekeeping was at the door. We rushed to get ready for our day , coming back to our room guess what? our card keys dont work again!! Front desk clerk says its because they are cheap a*s keys. This went on everyday of our 4 day stay. The shower did not drain so if you werent really fast the tub would fill up before you could rinse your shampoo out of your hair, the tv would shut off by its self and would stay Knights Inn across the screen while your watching tv. I dont know if this hotel is under new management, I just cant imagine were they learned there hotel etiquette.

“Only as a Very Last Resort”

This hotel should have been closed and torn down a long, long time ago. I've stayed in far nicer places that cost half the price. Low ceilings and flaking, peeling paint, dirty baseboards, amateur carpentry and paint jobs in what renovations had been attempted. No hair dryer, no coffee pot. No light bulb in one lamp, and the upholstered chair was so worn that there was no fabric left to cover the plastic piping of the trim.
