One night stay, on the weekend 5/2/2015

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Very celan facilities and front desk staff was nice and professional.
Cons: Breakfast healthy choices.
Location: Difficult to access from the main road maybe more signage would help.
Check-in was smooth, and staff was very professional/helpful. My room was ready on time and clean. The hotel facilities was very clean and the breakfast was fresh. I would improve the healthy chooices on the breakfast line e.g. more fruit options.

Billing/Check-In Issue

Posted Apr 25, 2015
Pros: clean large rooms, comfy beds
We have stayed here before & had no issues. Nice hotel for the price, comfy bed, clean rooms, nice staff. This time, somehow we were marked as a no-show (we checked in on time, and had been there for 2 nights), and on our 3rd night the hotel rented our room to someone at 4am. Someone attempted to enter our room, but luckily the top latch was secured. Then the front desk called, quite rudely at 4:10am, demanding to know who we were & why we were in the room. We did not sleep the rest of the night. The morning staff was nice, but this was a ridiculous mistake, and the billing was completely messed up. It took over 30 minutes to get it straightened out, and I am still not sure it all matches what it should have been. Overall, nice place but this most recent trip has soured us a bit.

Basic function and privacy missing

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff at the check-in and check-out lobby. Decent breakfast.
Cons: See above (replace bathroom doors, elevator, add soap dish, etc.)
Location: I was there for a training seminar only.
I really didn't like the bathroom entrance double "doors" that don't seal/close and provide very little privacy. No soap dish at the sink for the soap. Shower head was very small and had poor pressure. Room heat pumps didn't seem to cool the room very well. Finally, there was only one elevator for the 6 floor hotel and it moved very slowly. That is a real negative when you are on a tight schedule to make it to a meeting or seminar.
