Right in the middle of midtown, very convenient!

Pros: Location, facilities.
Cons: Parking directions if not using valet parking. I had to pay extra for the initial entrance, because i didn't get a parking pass from the front desk.
Location: Upscale dining, nightlife, Georgia Tech, etc.
Everything was excellent, a very nice view, courteous and helpful staff, and close to a very lively midtown scene.

Wonderful Hotel!

The location is awesome! 5 mins from the Lenox Mall, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars! Next time when we come back to Atlanta, we'll be staying here again!

Well located for our family wedding

Appreciated that housekeeping did not remake bed with the comforter as I would have had to tear bed apart when I got in. Entire staff was friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable, modern hotel in great location

We really liked this hotel. Room was immaculate. Great bathroom. Felt luxurious but not stuffy. Our room was on the 11th floor and my only complaint (not the hotels fault really) is that we could hear every fire truck, police and/or ambulance siren that went by. That woke us up a few times. I'd definitely come back, just ask to stay on a higher floor. Bed was very comfortable.

Not as good as I was expecting

Pros: The location is great. The lobby is trendy and attractive
Cons: Customer service could be improved.
Location: Great location, close to MARTA (mass transit) close to Piedmont Park, restaurants, shops, etc. Can walk to everywhere in Midtown.
The first room they sent me to had no view except of the roof and the air conditioning units. So I requested another room which had a nice view, but was very small. The TV did not work and I had to call 4 separate times, before it was finally fixed 2 days later. The cleaning was just ok, they did not empty the trash cans which I would expect from a brand like Loews. The parking pass they gave us did not work so we got stuck in the parking garage until we could get a new pass. The staff was polite, but didn't seem genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. They never offered bell service for our luggage. We purchased this room through a 3rd party company and I felt like we were Class C guests and didn't warrant a nice room or extra attention.

Water?

At $400 per night, I would expect complimentary water in the room and at check-out. Will not be back to this "luxury" hotel.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel.. In great vicinity of Atlanta nightlife and eatery! The view from my room was an incredible sight. It was overlooking Peachtree street, one of the main streets running through Atlanta .

Nice hotel close to lots of restaurants and clubs

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel.
Cons: The room service and valet service could be improved as well as making sure there is a beverage bar if that is what is told to be expected.
This was our third time staying at Loews Atlanta. We had always previously enjoyed our stay. It was nice but not as nice as we had remembered. The room was tidy and clean but lacked a few things. There was supposed to be a beverage/snack bar but this time it was empty. Apparently it was being re-done? Along with an empty fridge, there was no wine opener- which is okay but when we called down to ask for one it never showed up. The room service assured us it would be right up and as an hour and a half approached we called back down to check and they apologized saying it would be right up again. It never came. We ended up having to take our bottle down to the bar and have them open it for us. The bathroom is nice, we like the tub and separate shower with the flat screen TV on the wall-except that the TV was almost broken, barely hanging on there. It just looked like it was cheap and going to fall apart at any moment. We would have to say for the price it was a little disappointing. Now, one week later I realize on my bank statement that we were overcharged. I am aware that there is usually a deposit held on your card and then returned but only part of it was returned. After just now being on hold for 31 minutes, I find out they double charged us for valet parking which will take 3 to 5 more business days to be returned. If this were our first visit we probably would not return but maybe this time was just a random fluke.
