“Repeat customers”

We stay at the Norcross Hyatt four times a year. We love eating at Dominick's in Norcross. the pool and hot tub could use a good cleaning and updating. Wine list could be larger also. love it!

“2 problems”

Made resevations for 2 double beds. When we got there, they said they had no rooms left with double beds. Maid just walked into our room without knocking. Everything else was fine.

“Great price, great staff”

Great rate for what they offer. Rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Good water pressure and very friendly staff. Housekeeping was very quick and professional. We will stay there again when I'm working in Norcross or lilburn

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night before going to Atlanta Zoo next morning. It just 30 minutes away from the hotel. Room was clean, 12 pm check-out is very convenient.

Nice place to stay. To bad no breakfast and not fridge or microwave in room.

this is a very nice hotel, lovely service only problem i had was the sink in the bathroom leaked but it was fixed by the time i returned from my meetings.

“Nice location and good price”

I found this hotel on Expedia for a good price. It's close to all attractions at Atlanta. The hotel facility is excellent. The only complaint I have is that there were some noisy guests at the hotel the first night, but I guess that's nothing to do with the hotel itself.

“Fun trip to GA”

This was a very nice hotel. My 2 grown daughters and I were in GA to visit Grandma and see a Braves game. The hotel was convenient to both. Only problem was when we booked through Expedia, we requested a room with 2 double beds, but when we arrived they only had a king room. Hotel was full, but they managed to find us a king with a sleeper sofa; which was not very comfortable and took up a lot of space in the room at nite. The lady at the front dest explained that had we booked directly through the hotel - the double room would have been reserved, but can only be "requested" through Expedia. She was very very nice and even gave us free appetizers because we had to wait for our room. Another problem was that the hotel was very crowded due to several basketball teams that were having a tournament in the area, a family reunion and also a wedding. Lots of noise in the lobby area and on our floor due to this. Had to turn our air conditioner up to drown out noise at 6:30 in morning. But this really wasn't the hotel's fault - we just happened to pick the wrong week-end. (don't go there Memorial Day weekend)! The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the pool and the hotel was only 22 miles from Turner Field. Also, the hotel was smoke-free; but I'm a smoker and there were lots of outside places to smoke which was very convenient. I will definitely return to this hotel, as it is very nice, convenient, and helpful, friendly staff. Lots of smiles:)
