Terrible place, conditions were horrible. Non-smoking room was smelling smoke, things broken, bath towels dirty....never seen something like this anywhere. I checked in at 4:30pm and checkef out at 7pm the same day.

I am extremely disappointed in the conditions of the building I was awake for most of the night changing rooms and it was a huge inconvenience. I stayed for one night during a long layover with the intention of sleeping overnight and it was pouring raining and the building was so bad that water was coming in through the windows. They changed my room to another room in the third floor, the same thing happened, then they changed the room to the second floor and that room was fine. The receptionist was accommodating, but the conditions of the building didn’t allow me to sleep at all.

Do not stay here. There were criminals and drug addicts living at the hotel. They wandered the hallways like zombies. They offered to sell me drugs and offered prostitution. I did not feel safe. They should not mix regular guests with criminals. Mr. Deep Ghadawala, the owner refused to refund me. Do not stay here.

The property was undergoing renovations while I was there, so it was slightly chaotic that way. My room oddly smelled vaguely of smoke but otherwise it was a decent stay.

Waited an hour at the airport for the shuttle and eventually took a cab. You can smell cigarette smoke the moment you walk through the door. Reception area looks like a storage room with chairs that look like they came from the dump. Staff not very friendly.

There were numerous issues. No electrical outlets by the bed for cpap machine. Bathroom light did not function. We used a flashlight to take a shower. No toilet paper in the room. TV pictiure was unwatchable. Had to ask for towels.

There was no bathroom door handle and the water was cold. When addressing the issue to the manager he was not professional nor courteous to handle the issue. The cable tv had terrible reception on my favorite channels. No microwave in the building.

Staff was nice but the whole place was in really bad shape and really dirty. The bed was clean. The door lock didn’t work, looked like it had been forcibly broken into in the past and not repaired. I feel bad, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel looked in many places as if it were condemned. They hotel shuttle was not labeled for this hotel. The hotel had a giant 8-foot high air-conditioner in the box in the lobby. After rain there was an inch of water on the floor the morning when I woke up. They were not serving breakfast, and the driver told us they had not been since COVID. The attitude of the night clerk was surly. The room had long black hairs on the floor, and I am bald and my wife is blonde so they were not ours. The beds were comfortable. But would NEVER use this property again.

Worst night in a hotel ever! There were a couple groups of women screaming in the hallways all night long and the staff were unwilling to do anything about the disturbance. Only thing good about this place is how close it is to the rental car return at the airport. I’ll never stay again and am tempted to boycott all Wyndham hotels. The room looked clean enough on the surface but if you looked too close it was just scary.

They should have put down their shuttle hours as it is not 24 hours. They are doing major construction and it is a mess all over, no breakfast or business center. Not worth my money.

Upon entering 1 of the 2 rooms booked.... Urination on and in the toilet....pubic hair on the floor in bathroom....i had to go down to the front desk and get some cleaner and a towel to clean it myself. The front desk attendant was professional when addressing issue to her. The second room booked had fried rice by the bed. I didn't make an issue of it. Overall Expedia i won't be booking here again

Plus side, very close to the airport. But the towels were either stained or dirty, the toliet leaked water, housekeeping did not clean the whole stay i was there, shower wall had blue stuff on the wall. Very dirty motel.

They are going through renovations and everything is all over the place there is no breakfast just coffee and our refrigerator for our room was in a stack of things down the hall, the bathroom has urine on the seats, my shower in the morning was cold, the lights flickered intermittently the ac unit fell apart. The night staff was very helpful but other than that I wouldn’t come back

It looked like it got stopped part way through a remodeling job, but there were no signs saying that. Nice floors, but damaged walls throughout hallways. The front desk area looked like a hurricane had paased through.

Walking in the building to check in it smelled like smoke and weed to the point it makes your head hurt, but the smoke free floor/ rooms smelled normal. The elevator seemed really old. Our bathroom door was wood and was splitting at the top with no doorknob. The shower water only reached lukewarm temperature. The bed and sleep was fine. But you really get what you pay for. We just needed somewhere quick to stay from the airport at 11pm

I am not a complainer. I know you get what you pay for. But this property is special. Easily the ugliest hotel I have EVER stayed in, and I’ve stayed in rural areas of third world countries. I can only say nice things about the girl at the front desk, she’s great, but on EVERY other point this “hotel” is a complete failure. I would pay double the price before I’d stay here again. A mess. Disgusting. Embarrassing. I’d like a refund.

The entire place reeked of cigarettes. There was black hair all over the bed (under and on top the sheets as well as pillows). There was trash in the bin and muddy footprints in the bathroom, and the floor was covered with dirt and dead bugs. The room had been “cleaned” (the bed was made), but that was all. The hallways and elevator were coated in dust and dirt. I also just felt very unsafe. I only slept for an hour and then went back to the airport. Better sleeping on the terminal floor than in that hotel.
