“Overall, A Good Stay”

For someone on a limited budget, this is the biggest bang for your buck. Not only is it affordable, but the staff is extremely professional and friendly. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, and it location is near the Perimeter Mall. However, you will need a vehicle to get around. Good places to eat are in close proximity, but not necessarily in walking distance. I have stayed here multiple times and mostly without issue. The only thing that could improve are the air conditioning/heating units in the rooms. They seem a little dated and make a lot of noise when you try to sleep, but not all rooms have this problem. A few more channels on the television would be nice as well. Since I am a grad student that stays here for a few days at a time, I am often studying and don't watch TV. Come by, check it out, and save.

“Amazing Hotel; A great value.”

If given the chance, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The service was fantastic; the only problem we had was the first night, the toilet was clogged, but I told the front desk about it the next morning, and it was fixed by the time we got back that night. The surrounding area is very nice, looking new for the most part. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Sandy Springs MARTA station, making it easy to get to and from different places in Atlanta, without a car. It is a Microtel, so the room is very small, but it's also very, very well kept. My room had a hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and safe. The air conditioning was also adjustable for my room (That really should be expected from a hotel, but some of the places I've stayed have proven me otherwise. I didn't get a chance to try the free breakfeast, but I'm willing to bet it was good. The only other important thing: If you're planning on some alone time with your partner, don't do that around noon; They come around noon to clean the rooms.

“One of the best in the area”

Nice area and convenient to all major highways. We did not know anything about this particular area in Atlanta but we were still able to maneuver our way through the city from this hotel. This hotel has friendly and outgoing staff members. It was very neat/clean and the housekeeper was really nice. We ended up staying an extra night and they handled our transaction in a professional manner. Since we were staying an extra night, we thought that we would have to switch rooms. We did not have to switch rooms, instead they allowed us to stay in the same room. (We booked our extra night through Expedia for a better rate) We had a microwave, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, coffee maker, and cable TV. in our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

“Great bargain”

Great bargain for a small hotel near Perimeter Mall. Staff was very courteous. We were there for 1 week. They only missed 1 day of making up the room. The continental breakfast had hard boiled eggs, bagels & cream cheese, cereal, fruit as well as muffins. So, it was possible to eat a fairly healthy, low cal breakfast if one was inclined. Each evening, they had fresh baked cookies at the front desk. They could have had a few more cable channels, but phone and internet were free. All in all, we were pretty impressed and will stay there again when we return to Atlanta.
