“Great for sleeping”

I had a great stay with a comfortable, clean, quiet room. Microtel does mean small for those of you who are looking for a larger room. Great Chinese restaurant across the street.

“Mixed stay”

The south side of the hotel was a bit noisy becasue of a Gentlemens Club located near by. They were very kind and moved us the following night to a quieter side of the motel. The rooms were great and the desk service was perfect. Breakfast was better than expected.

“"I'd go back"”

There are better hotels out there, but this one is good for the price. Honestly, the only thing I didn't like was the elevator. It needs some maintenance, sounds like it's struggling. Other than that, the staff were all very nice and helpful with any question. And as far as location, travel to and from downtown was a breeze.

This is the fourth time this year that I have stayed at this hotel and I was very pleased as usual. The staff is alwaysvery friendly and polite and the room was very clean and nice. I will continue to reserve this hotel for all of my Atlanta travels.

I needed a hotel for the American Idol auditions in Atlanta Georgia. To make a long story short, I didnt make it through the auditions, but my stay in the MicroInn Hotel was sooooo great....that nothing could disappoint me!

“Fine motel, accessible to Buckhead and NE Atlanta”

Comfortable, well-designed rooms, with comfortable bank tucked into window sill. Refrigerator and microwave are tucked into standing closet. Self-service breakfast was adequate.

We loved our stay here. As you will read in other comments, the location is a bit rough, but as long as you don't plan on wandering around alone at night then it shouldn't be a problem. The room was pretty clean, the only problem we had was that it hadn't been vacuumed before our stay, which would not have been a problem if we didn't have a small baby who crawls around and eats everything he gets his hands on. We asked the desk clerk for a vacuum and had it taken care of in a jiffy. We love staying at a Microtel when we travel, we have always found that they are worlds better than anything else in their price range. They feel like a more expensive hotel for the price of a cheap one. Unlike nearly every other hotel I've stayed in, the no smoking rooms really were no smoking. There was no lingering stink of stale secondhand smoke in the air as there is in so many other places. We would stay here again for sure!
