Okay hotel, good location

walking into the lobby was beautiful. The staff member that helped me seemed like he was rushing and I didn't like that. The room has no soaking tub as it claimed it would and the bathroom tub was HORRIBLE. It was rusted and gritty..made me shower with my flip flops like I was in college again. All around I would recommend the hotel due to pricing and its location. It is central to where I needed or wanted to go but the false advertisement was a turn off.

Pros: Location. The staff was awsome. My room was clean and very confortable.
Cons: make sure the ice machines work..and please it is summere, clean and open the pool
Location: There where plenty of places to eat and have fun. Not too far from Atlanta's main attractions.
When I arrived at this hotel, cheking in took about 45 seconds; that was excellent. The room (403) was clean with a very nice view and ample. Wifi kicked in super fast. If I come back to Atlanta, I probably stay here again. The staff was very nice as well. However, none of ice machines were operational during my one day stay, neither was the pool. I understand the the hotel is onthergoing renovations. That would be cool.

Staff was ok but the rooms need lots of work

The staff worked with what they had but first i had to use the atm for cash because the computer went down and couldn't read debit cards, rust was on my bathroom door, tub looked like acid had been poured in it, beds completely worn out, no tv for over an hour and i just couldn't get comfortable

Average hotel and cheap. You need to get up early for a flight, stay here. 5 min to terminal

Nasty, nasty, nasty!

The nastiest Motel 6 that I have ever stayed at. Please don't let the photos of the newer looking building fool you too! While the staff was quite pleasant and helpful, the facilities were in complete disrepair and FILTHY! I mean to the point where I noted multiple SAFETY concerns. Wow! I can't believe that Motel 6 has allowed this to happen! Even the pool was the cloudiest and grittiest pool I have ever seen. Carpet is trashed, reeks like burnt rubber and is a huge tripping hazard. Our room smelled like a skunk. Why? And don't be fooled by "every room boasts a soaking tub" - no, no, no, it's really just a regular old bathtub/shower combo. Not worth the $51 a night! :(

I feel welcome even one was helpful the front desk stuff was helpful they always go above to help D at the front desk was excellent he aways willing to make the gust happy

Awful Experience

There were ants and a couple of dead roaches in the bathroom. I was afraid I was going to catch something because the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be. I had to ask to be put in a different building because the one they put me in had a lot of suspicious people going in the rooms and sitting in there cars. And on top of that the building outside lights were flicking on and off. I have never stayed anywhere were I felt the need to scrub a layer of my skin off because I felt so nasty from staying there.

You get what you pay for...but

Pros: The front desk staff was courteous.
Cons: Maintenance on basic things like shower heads and toilets. Housekeeping should be mindful of garbage piling up. High mildew smell in hallways
Location: Very close to airport, directly behind it actually. Close to interstate
I want to start off by saying I do not like to ever give bad reviews so I want to begin with the positives: The front desk staff was friendly and helpful the day we arrived. They changed one of our rooms with no problem. The hotel was in a convenient spot to the interstate, airport, and a short drive to Lakewood Amphitheater. As for the negatives:When we arrived the front lobby was very hot as if the A/C wasn't working and in the South on a hot summer day, that's miserable. It wouldn't have been such a big deal but we had to wait a little while for our rooms. We were an hour an half early from the 5 p.m. check in, so I expected to wait. However, when we got our rooms, we reserved two, the fun began.The first room was on the first floor right on the hallway that had a ceiling tile missing with a leak in the middle of the hallway. The door to the room didn't lock. If you pushed the door it would open with no issue. That room had no hot water in the bathroom and no fridge as we were told it would. They were excellent about changing the room when we discovered the door didn't lock at all. Our other room on the fifth floor was overall okay, however; the toilet seat was broken completely and slid unto the floor. The cold water didn't work at all in shower & the shower head was broken. There was garbage in the hallway where the ice machine was located stacked up and running over. It smelled so bad down the hallway it made you gag. Housekeeping and Maintenance needs improving

My experience was horrible this hotel seemed to be Luke a homeless shelter the pool was not avail til 4 both days so my kids we're not able to enjoy the pool I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I need a refund
