They mandated valet parking which I didn't want to do. The charge to my debit card appeared in my accoujt immediatley but the credit they owe me takes 4 days - what's up with that crap?

Omni Cnn- Perfect location!Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff, location and surrounding amenities.
Location: Near this hotel was the Coca-Cola, GA Aquarium, Centennial Park, Children's Museum , Atlantic Station ( shopping)
My sister and I booked this hotel for our stay during the On The Run Tour with Beyoncé and Jay-z and it was wonderful. The hotel staff was excellent and the accommodation of having all we need within arms length and walking distance made our stay even more warming.

Nice HotelPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Loved the views!
Cons: Access to the hotel could definitely be improved, it took us 45 minutes to get into the parking garage entrance.
Location: The hotel is right in the middle of the city, you can get to everything.
This was a very nice hotel, lovely, huge room with a great view of the city. We only had two problems. 1) Getting to the parking lot from the street, there was so much construction and traffic, we literally could not turn left into the parking garage. We had to go down two blocks and do a u-turn at the light, which then took us another 30 minutes to get through traffic to pull into the garage. They need more than one entrance. 2) The incidentals, we didn't mind paying more for the hotel, however, $32/day for parking and $9.95/day for wifi, really??

Superconvenient place to stay!!!Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: elegance and convenience
My girls and I decided on a last minute "Hey, lets go to Atlanta and do the Walking Dead Filming Locations Road Trip." Not sure where and how long it will take us to see all that we wanted, I did not book for any place to stay before we left. And that's not me. Eventually finished our tour by 8:30 and while having dinner, we talked about going to see the World of Coke, CNN, Cartoon Network gift store (my girls insisted), that big Dome thing, the Centennial park and still be able to end the day at Six Flags- we have bought tickets and they're non refundable! Needless to say, although not always recommended, my late last minute booking here at Omni Hotel paid off and enabled us to actually see all these places and more. And after being sore from the trip, it was awesome to dive in the most comfortable luxurious beddings. And the view from our room was just splendid. All the staff were very courteous from valet parking, registration, concierge and house keeping. Check out was at 12N and our CNN tour was at 1220. Concierge offered a place for us to keep our baggages while we finished the tour. The whole experience was just awesome. My whole thing of not staying at downtown hotels changed after my stay here. And yes, we made it to Six Flags by 3pm.

Very nice hotelPosted Jul 18, 2014
I liked the location, the way the hotel felt and the way it looked. The staff was attentive and friendly. The 2 things that could use some improvement: The pillows were way too soft (for me)...I'm never comfortable when I sink into a pillow. The gym is old and does not match the brand that the Omni is attempting to present to us. But, hey...overall good hotel....would go back.

Urine Stained mattress coverPosted Jul 9, 2014
The hotel was beautiful. I was upgraded to the North Tower with a view of Centennial Park. Everything was great until checkout time. I pulled all of the bed liens off as normal when I checkout only to find a huge urine stain on the mattress pad! I reported it staff. I was told a supervisor will call you to apologize but never received a call.
