No frills but just right!

Pros: The room was clean. Suitable for the price!
Cons: The tv remote control batteries were dying!
Location: Close to the interstate. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby!
Had to stay here at the last minute and the staff was pleasant and efficient. I had to make some quick adjustments to my stay because of traveling road conditions and they accommodated me with no hassle.

Review of what was Stone Mtn Inn, now Quality Inn.

Pros: They accept pets and the breakfast was good. In a quiet area of town.
Cons: The need to step up the cleanliness of the bathroom.
Location: Lots of food places nearby.
It is a motel, not a hotel which is no big deal but you may not realize that when you are booking.

Convenient location

Pros: The rate was lower than most in the area. The location was close to the freeway and easy to commute to and from.
Cons: I was surprised to not find a hairdryer in the room.
I had to book a last minute trip to attend funeral services for a loved one. The location was convenient to restaurants and stores. It was a 10 to 15 minute ride to everyone and everyplace I had to visit. The check in was quick and the staff very friendly. The continental breakfast I feel should have been available until 11am during the weekends.

Not what I was looking for

Wasn't good, beds were too hard, I dust the furniture the first night, and the carpet needed vacuuming. They are redecorating. Lobby looks great

Never Again! Worst service EVER!

The toilet was clogged the whole first day. Hotel staff lacked urgency in getting it unclogged. Light bulbs missing. Room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay even after several requests to have it cleaned. Had to get towels from the desk. Had to get trash bags and change our own trash. Had to pile trash by the door and they STILL never came to get it. Upon checkout no discount was given, nothing was offered for all the problems we had. Never again! Worst hotel and service I have ever experienced.
