Nice and clean

Posted Mar 29, 2014
Pros: Loved the "apartment" setup...makes it much easier when traveling with co-workers
No complaints except there were not any towels in the room when we arrived, which was quickly corrected by asking for them. Really don't have any negatives. Not fancy, but updated, clean and will stay again.

layover stayover

Posted Mar 29, 2014
Pros: location and prce
Cons: continuing updates to building could be accelerated
Location: all Buckhead activities are close by
Two night layover after returning from Europe-wanted to stay in town away from the airport. This place fit the bill, enough space to stretch out and walking distance to Buckhead amenities.

Spacious suite in good location.

Posted Mar 19, 2014
The room was nice and spacious. It was perfect and affordable for what we were looking for. The only downside was the pullout couch didn't have bedding and we had to get new room keys everyday because they were deactivated each day our room was cleaned.

Thank you for your comments. We apologize for your inconvenience on the sofa bed linen and room key issues. Depending on your room type and number of people in your party, sofa bed linen is either included or not included in your room. We also have a notice in the room that if the room that you are occupying does not have sofa bed linen, to call the Front Desk. With regard to the key cards, they are very sensitive and can easily get deactivated. Nonetheless, we are sorry that your keys were having to be re-keyed daily. Thank you. We hope you allow us to serve your hotel needs on your return trip to Buckhead and Atlanta.

Thank you for your comments. We apologize for your bad experience in not obtaining the room of your choice and the temperature and bed in the room being uncomfortable. We try and accommodate every guest's room choice at the time of check-in. If your requested room type is not available at the time of check-in, we do our best to accommodate your needs. Again, I am sorry that at the time of your check-in, your room type was not available. With regard to the room air and bed, we will have maintenance check both issues and make sure that the scheduled and routine check of those items are being conducted. We are sorry for you discomfort in this regard. We are about to embark on a major renovation and we hope you give us another opportunity to serve your hotel needs. Thank you.

4 days on 3rd floor

Posted Mar 8, 2014
Pros: hot breakfast great on day one, less on day 2, waffle only day 3, oven maintenance needed...we're sorry day 4
no elevator becomes worse when key needs to be updated without warning, up the stairs..key doesn't work...down to the desk back up the stairs again to enter the room.....twice during the four days....no apology at all. no coffee maker in room...no ice machines..no info in room about amenities, if there were any. Sheets were tucked in so short only someone under 5' could pull the covers up. Overall maintenance is well overdue, decayed wood on exterior, room interior in condition of well worn rental property. It works for me alone, would have asked for cancellation if there were a family or couples stay

A Good Choice If You Have Business In Buckhead

Posted Mar 7, 2014
Pros: location, free breakfast
Location: It's in Buckhead, but not in the busiest part of it, which is good. A MARTA stop with service to the airport is just under a mile away. Waffle House
Nice large rooms, fantastic free breakfast, close to a MARTA stop, and there's a Waffle House down the street--if you're in Buckhead on business, give this place a look!

Adequate

Posted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Good breakfast, reasonably quiet except on Friday night when it was busier
Clean tidy basic business type hotel. Stayed here for a workshop for four nights. No elevator to the 3rd floor , no elevators anywhere in the hotel.

business in buckhead

Posted Feb 9, 2014
Pros: Size of suite and value.
Cons: Televisions were poor and could be updated.
Location: In the heart of Buckhead.
I booked this hotel for it's relative value as I had a business meeting at the Grand Hyatt. I was surprised at the comfort and size of the suites and it was an added benefit that they offered shuttle service.

Excellent value

Posted Jan 10, 2014
Pros: Very good value for the price. It was roomy and quiet and had everything I needed.
Location: There are a range of restaurants nearby, although the best ones are pricey. There is a fair amount of traffic at rush hour.
This was a very pleasant stay, especially for the cost. The staff was friendly, the hot breakfast was very good, and the suite was large, clean and quiet. The kitchen is not equipped with cooking utensils, but they are available on request. My room did not have a dining table, just a breakfast bar with one stooI, which would not be convenient for a couple eating meals there. I was on the third floor, with no elevator, so if that is an issue you should ask for a room on a lower floor. The business center is adequate for printing a boarding pass, etc.
