Pros: Location, location, location. AND, the check-out time was noon. I had to work that morning and the late checkout was greatly appreciated.
Cons: See my experience above.
Location: Very easy and close access to I-75. Easy to get into Atlanta. The rush hour traffic was horrible, but that is not an issue related to the hotel.
1. The Business Center was not operational that day because they were remodeling it. I realize that is nobody's fault, but I needed it that day. That was one of the reasons I chose to stay at the Radisson. I was disappointed. 2. The room was 58 degrees F. I couldn't get the thermostat to work. But, I did not contact the Front Desk. And, although the controls seemed intuitively obvious, maybe there was something I missed. Next time, I will call the Front Desk. 3. The comforter on the bed - to die for! So comfortable, warm, etc. I wish I had one like that at home.

Mediocre service

No iron in room took over a half hour to find an iron Clogged sink. Called for service more than once and maintenance never showed up.

What was it like before the renovation?

Pros: The desk clerk

Location: The parking lot was off a dark street
The desk clerk was terrific. After that, everything went downhill. My room was at the end of the hall, next to the stairs and a storage room. There was a broken glass next to the ice machine when I checked in. It was still there when I returned to my room from the eerily quiet bar. I was told food was available until 2 a.m. There were three people in the bar -- and no one in the restaurant -- at 9 p.m. The sound to the TV was shut off. The bartender said only he and one cook were working. There was no room service menu -- or any written material about the hotel at all -- in my room. The door was difficult to shut. Traveling alone, I did feel uncomfortable.

The Hotel is a work in progress

Pros: Again the price and the fitness center were two things that I found that I liked.
Cons: The appearance as you get off the elevator was less than desirable. The hall carpets need updating. I would at least include a continental breakfast.
Location: The neighborhood wasn't the best, but there was a nice bakery in shopping center nearby.
It appeared there was renovation going on or areas were in disrepair. I left a long list of issues with the front desk when I left. The one bright spot was that the fitness center was in good shape.

Nice Rooms but Mediocre Hotel

Pros: Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Good meal served at the bar from their restaurant.
Cons: Fix the guestroom doors so that they don't automatically slam shut so loudly. Offer a free continental breakfast.
Location: Convenient to I-75. Otherwise, mediocre location, near a Hardee's and a Super 8. There is a gay nightclub nearby, if you're into that.
I've stayed here twice. The first visit was great because the hotel only had maybe 20-30 guests (and it's a 10-story hotel). Quiet and comfortable. The second visit was not so great. There were disruptively noisy guests on my floor during the first of three nights there, talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors. Impossible for me to sleep until things quieted down some time around 12:30am. If I hadn't prepaid, I would have found a different hotel for the next couple of nights. The other annoyance is that they don't offer free continental breakfast. They have a nice enough restaurant, with good food, but you're wasting time and money to eat breakfast there. On the positive side, the rooms are clean and nice, and as I mentioned, the restaurant serves tasty food.

Quite easy to get onto HWY

We arrived late. Get a room in a minuteit's very quiet and Pretty comfortable. It's smelling a little bit before we turn on the air conditioning The tissue paper holder was empty.

Nice hotel very friendly staff ,they are in the process of renovating so it was a little confusing of where to go but overall a nice hotel to stay in
