“Satisfied for the Price”

When I first arrived, I thought I might be at the wrong hotel since the name on the building wasn't Ramada but a banner was hung. Once common sense kicked in, I decided to check in (I was a little early, say 1pm instead of 3). When I got to the desk, the attendant was polite as she got my keys ready. To my surprise, she informed me that because the room I was supposed to get wasn't ready yet, I'd be staying in a suite instead at no extra cost. So basically, my initial reservation for a standard room with one Queen bed I got a suite with a lounging area (couch/chairs/fridge/dining table) and 2 queen beds. I was more than pleased with the upgrade! My room was conveniently located near a side entrance so I was close to my car. On the downside, there was apparently construction being done (sounds), but not at inappropriate times of the night or anything. Great trip overall!

“Good Hotel - Good Rate”

Received a King Bed Room with a Jacuzzi for a very reasonable price. Hotel was old and looked like a renovated mansion, but was very nicely appointed inside and in good shape.

“Location close to I-85”

Staff was nice. Good Location. Neat and clean. wash room small. Had fridge.

“Great place for overnight meeting”

This is a great hotel when in town for a few days of meetings

“Not bad for the price, but poor service!”

The hotel looks like it was a fancy place in the past! The suite we got was very nice, but had no microwave! The pillowcases looked yellowish and when I complained, they came and told me that they were originally beige and would lose their color as they got washed in clorox. I am no expert on this, but I feel all hotels should get all white linen to begin with;) instead of something other that will fade and change colors unevenly! The breakfast options are scarce and the crew was extremely slow responding, things would run out very quickly and would take over 15 minutes to replace it: napkins, coffee, milk, etc.!

“Great for a couple of nights only”

Ok for a couple of nights is all about you can handle. Suites still dont have TVs in the bedrooms so you have to watch in Living room only. Hotel has a funky Oder in the rooms and hallways, almost like febreeze over kill. If your looking for a longer stay , go somewhere else, for a couple of nights it ok.

“Troubling”

The following day after check out my face broke out with pimples as well the maintenance staff only knocked once before entering the room. Luckily I was decent but having a key just to open the door so quickly was a little too much.

“Madam X”

The room was dingy and needing repairs on the furniture. Seem like an older hotel where they tried to upgrade but didnt complete the upgrading procedure. Leaving many things to be worked on.

“Please take off the smell.”

I believe that this hotel own by Indian and staffs live at hotel. I smell strong body and spice smell and in the room there is strong odder and I can't sleep. One time I requested to cahnge room but I think all room has like this. I would not stay there any more. But room is big and nice. Please let hotel konw this.

“Beware of the good reviews of this hotel”

Entering the room, the main light didn't even turn on. The bed had hair in the sheets, and the place was generally unpleasant. I definitely would not stay here again. I was in a non-smoking room, near other non smoking rooms, but passing a few, I could clearly tell others were not following this rule.
