I felt neutral about the room and property, to be honest, but what really stood out was the staff. The customer service we received from the manager on duty around 1pm on 3/12/24 was really above and beyond, and I am so appreciative of everything he did for us. He was super friendly and professional, and he just made the stay that much better. He was also just as delightful when we checked out the following morning. I'd definitely stay there again for that reason alone!

Some of the lights didn’t work. There was no refrigerator in the room. The tub and the sink was nasty. The curtains were broken. Paint was chipped and stripped. I was not expecting it to be that way

You literally cant go out at night cause there is some one standing out on the steps selling drugs or asking you if you want to buy them. The pictures are a complete lie. And the prostitute hoes use the parking lot as there trick stations. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE

Disappointing.
The service was good but as soon as we walked into the room it was pretty disappointing. It didn’t look anything like the pictures from the site we booked on and did not look like it was cleaned before us. There was multiple hairs found on the bed as well as in the sink. Hand smudges all over the mirror and walls were very dirty. The bed was comfortable but we did bring our own sheets and pillows and we are glad we did. Very sketchy looking and feeling with people constantly walking around the lot.

Hotel.com app faulty. I booked room just after midnight. I entered check in as now & check out the 29th. Dates were correct. When pressed confirm dates changed to check in the 29th & out the 30th which was wrong. I immediately tried to cancel with no luck. Talked to customer service which was zero help. Said couldn’t cancel even tho made reservations seconds ago. So irritated I just again tried to rebook but each time app changed dates when I got to confirm. I tried talking to hotel desk to get them to fix date with zero luck so I lost $120 plus $120 in rewards on a wasted night that I didn’t use. Irritated app changed dates. Irritated y’all can’t fix a reservation mistake whether mine or yours if within minutes of booking and irritated hotel refused to fix knowing all they were doin is stealing the money wasted for the following night when they were just goin to rent room to someone else & make double money.
