DisappointingPosted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: For the most part the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: List would be too long.
Location: Location is at the airport area. Not much around unless you go to downtown Atlanta.
I was very disappointed in my stay here. Initially, the hotel looked terrific with a wide open layout and tiered inside walkways. However, it is the little things that will make or break a good stay. No towel racks or dresser drawers. One $5.50 bottle of water per day, a $50 security deposit per day even if you are not paying with cash/debit, patronizing front desk staff, unattended children in the fitness area on almost all the equipment. Internet is $14.95 per day unless used in the lobby or other common area (but not the business center). If I need a hotel in the Atlanta area again, I would be hard pressed to stay here unless it was my only choice.

Great runway view!Posted Nov 25, 2013
We stayed here on our wedding night. We called ahead to make sure we could have a runway view and we did. Our limo driver criticized them for not having a bellhop at the door and making us carry in our own bags, but we didn't care. The hotel also held my wedding gown and his suit after we checked out until my Maid of Honor could pick if up. They were friendly but they did seem a little busy when we called down to ask about getting some silverware which they charges us $3 to use. Overall good experience. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Nice hotel at the airportPosted Nov 9, 2013
Overall it was a good experience. Room was nice, beds comfortable. Only downside, parking fees. $16/day self-park, $18/day valet is ridiculous.

Great hotel and good customer servicePosted Nov 4, 2013
I went to get away for the weekend. The hotel was nice and clean. The room had a balcony with the airport's runway view. The amenities in the hotel were updated. The room was spacious and clean. The staff members were nice and provided quality customer service. I would recommend this hotel.

Rennaisance Concourse AtlantaPosted Nov 4, 2013
Being an aircraft, picking this hotel to stay at was easy. Even though I did not know what to expect, I wanted to be able to take pictures of the flightline, and I was certainly able to do so from our room on the 10th floor. The hotel was clean although showing its age. It has a book/library theme which we weren't able to figure out in our one-night stay. The room, too, was clean if a little scuffed up. The beds were very comfortable, and I am a very picky mattress/bedding person. The bathroom was also clean, but the showerhead was a bit cheap and loose which caused it to spray out over the sink. I had to tighten it. I really enjoyed the fact the room had a balcony - a nice plus. The morning buffet breakfast was good other than the runny eggs. All in all, a worthy place to stay. Be aware, though, that rooms facing the flightline are VERY noisy. Not a problem for us.
