Great hotel for aviation enthusiasts. Delta museum across the street and unbelievable runway views. Hotel is very clean with friendly staff.

Arrived late and ordered room service dinner. Food was on the quality level of fast food at best. Came in a bag with an over-stuffed cardboard container inside. For a hotel of this price I would have expected a tray with proper utensils and an actual plate. I tried to order room service breakfast but nobody answered the phone and the front desk basically told me to go to the actual restaurant as room service would be really slow. Disappointing experience on the dining front especially when my goal on a business trip is to be efficient and eat in the room where possible.

Checked in late due to a layover last minute at Atlanta airport and the lady at check in was professional and courteous. Nice clean and quiet rooms. Loved my short stay!

Hard bed not handicap accessible.
Not because of anything to do with hotels.com, but all because of the Renaissance. It is a beautiful hotel but I was supposed to have a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower and a king bed. My room was not handicapped accessible at all. It was on the 9th floor and one of the farthest rooms from the elevator—Which is a big deal as this is a huge hotel. I was on crutches so even if they couldn’t see my reservation details from hotels.com, you would think it would be fairly obvious that I needed a closer room. The beds (two in my room) were very hard. As exhausted as I was and even though I didn’t go to bed until after midnight, I woke up at 3 am with my back killing me. I had to take a strong pain pill that I had for my knee in order to get back to sleep. It was probably the most expensive hotel I stayed in over the past week of travel and the least comfortable. I didn’t go down to breakfast because I didn’t want to walk/hobble that far and then back to my room to brush my teeth afterward. Crutches are no fun for travel. Please give a person on crutches a room as close to the elevator as possible If not on the first floor.

This hotel is amazing! The employees are very welcoming and professional. We had the breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday, which was delicious and the staff were great. We had dinner and drinks both evenings, also delicious with great service! The whole hotel has such a peaceful yet beautiful atmosphere-very relaxing for a weekend stay. We will research other Renaissance hotels for future trips!

For an airport property that is supposed to cater to people from the airport, the services don’t fit the clientele. In room dining ends at 11pm and the bar ends at midnight. For people who missed their connecting flight and need to come to the hotel late at night, there is nothing for them. The snack shop next to the front desk has hardly anything practical (for example: they have cereal to purchase, but no milk). It also isn’t a good place for doing work. They don't have a cafe onsite and only have a machine that can make lattes. It’s better than nothing, but the milk isn’t available/functioning. There is also no milk in the store, so I went to the restaurant to get some, but they don’t have any either. They kindly offered to send some down to the front desk, but I spent 40 minutes waiting for them to bring milk to the store and nobody came during this time, so I left. After a long day of travel delays and layovers, we just wanted something near the airport that was convenient and had the basic items a business oriented hotel has. The rooms are pretty nice but otherwise we were very disappointed. We ended up checking out early since we couldn’t work from the hotel. (No way to get coffee and very slow WiFi.)

We enjoyed our stay. Great customer service, just choose wisely, if you have kids that wants to watch airplanes land and taking off get rooms with that view. If not choose the opposite side so you don’t get the noise from planes. We will definitely go back! Great shuttle service to and back from the airport! Our whole experience and stay was tremendous! Highly recommend!
