Place is a dump. You’d think a two bedroom penthouse wouldn’t be a bed with a loft directly above it with no doors or privacy. Needs demolished and rebuilt

The staff could have been better attentive (Jarod was pretty good). House keeping could have been better, they didn’t come the first day. We had to get a new comforter as the one that was on the bed was dirty and had stains on it.

The inside of our room was clean and the air temperature was nice. Everything was well kept and the breakfast options were wonderful. Staff was also very friendly
Nice, clean, and friendly staff!! Oh, theres also the breakfast in the morning and they have late check out time (12:00pm). Close walking to Gas station & Waffle House (maybe 3-5 min walk).

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Accommodations were what we needed. The facility had some wear and tear but we felt comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay there again.
the residence inn used to be a top rated hotel but the one i stayed in on piedmont in buckhead was dirty and in bad need of a compltete upgrade. the front desk clerk was not friendly and the breakfast was subpar

Hi Terry -Thaks for your feedback. The rooms were upgraded in 2019. The exterior is being scheduled for a facelift, However, dirty? The rotating breakfast is the standard Residence Inn breakfast. My apologies if it is not what you expected.
don’t stay here. My card got randomly charged and when i asked the front desk about, they said it want them. they didn’t even check any id, causing me to get booked for the wrong room. Very suspicious. Also had a blood stained sheets on my bed. Just G R O S S

Hello Geordea - Thank you for your comments. about your stay. We do apologize for any convenience. However, I would like to clarify that the hotel does not charge guest cards arbitrarily. The hotel does get authorization for incidentals. which all hotels do. Therefore, that is not suspicious. activity. Also, we are a little confused about being booked Expedia.

It was okay
The room itself was mostly fine. I'm not sure what kept leaking in the closet but it flooded the floor. The staff was very friendly. The hotel overall is very loud and its hard to sleep. The mattress on the pullout sofa is very old and flat, definitely needs to be replaced and the pool was absolutely disgusting. I believe the pool doesn't get cleaned at all. My daughter went to use it and it was covered in some sort of slime and algae so she refused to get in. Just gross, someone is getting paid to clean it & not doing their job.

Hello -thank you for the feedback. I am thankful that you identified these concerns We do have staff to take care of these issues. I appreciate the heads-up.
When we arrived, the air conditioner worked properly. On the next day, it was 85 degrees in our room. I called the front desk and made them aware and they sent house keeping to look at it. This young man checked the thermostat and said I think it’s broken. If the concern was the booking unit, why would housekeeping be able to assist?

The overall stay in the room that we had was fine. It was the unwelcomeness from breakfast staff member. Also customer service at the front desk could be more welcoming as well during check in and check out. Wish it was more options for breakfast. Not everyone is vegan eater. Need more options for lactose intolerant people. Also a lot of the premade food was cold.

Hi Aaron -Thank you for you feedback about our hotel. Yes, it is an apartment style property. It's an extended stay hotel. Marriott has 31 different brands of hotel 10 of those are extended stay hotels of different sizes, styles, and configurations. If our type doesn't appeal to you, look into one of the others. There is something for everyone.
