“NOT IMPRESSED!!!”

The hotel staff was extremely rude. We had an issue one night with the room and the staff did not offer any assistance to us. They acted as if we were causing the problem by calling into them and complaining. It is now 2 months later and they still have not resolved the issue! Its been a huge battle and they are giving me the run around! I would not recommend staying at this hotel!
