“excellent hotel close to the museum of art”

The room was clean with easy control of the temperature. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We selected this hotel because it is located close to the museum of art and we would stay there again the next time we visit the museum.

Very nice place. Room was much larger than we expected and staff was very friendly and continental breakfast had a decent selection. Nice area of town, very quiet at night since it's in the middle of offices.

“Great Hotel”

Me and my Fiance stayed here the week of Taste of Atlanta. We had stayed in a dump the year before and were worried the same thing may happen again. But to our pleasant surprise it was a wonderful hotel!!! It is in a great location, this was the first time in Atlanta I was not asked for money on the street the entire stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

“Absolutely Great: They will get my business routinely”

I always find Marriott properties good quality and well run. This one is a step above. And, if you need to be in Mid-town Atlanta it is well located. I routinely stay in this area because my daughter was a PhD student and now faculty member at Emory University. Her mid-town apartment is often too small for all the guests and we spill into surrounding hotels. This property moves to the top of my list and should move to the top of yours as long as you don't take away availability when I need my reservations! LOL Enjoy

“A terrific find”

We spent a weekend at the Residence Inn Marriott Midtown recently and were very pleased. The location is great -- close to Georgia Tech, the art museum and concert hall, and Piedmont Park. The room, suite really, was spacious and very clean.

“Great find”

Excellent hotel. Well located, lovely room, good breakfast and workout room. It's very nice to have a kitchenette. Felt like a very nice studio apartment. We travel to Atlanta on business often, are budget conscious, and usually stay in a less nice hotel. This was a good deal on Expedia and much nicer than what we usually have. We hope to stay here again.

“Huge, descent room at affordable price!”

The hotel was very nice. It has a varied complimentary buffet breakfast. The room was huge. It included a double-bed, sofa-bed, stools, a desk for office works, fridge, utensils, etc.... Very comfortable. Some places were walking-distance, but it's better to rent a car if you're planning on spending most of your time Downtown. The only thing not so fair was the price for parking. It was nearly $17 the night, though it was valet parking service.
