Weekend Vacation

Pros: It's away from downtown, which allows for peace and quiet when you're trying to rest. Breakfast and parking are available free of charge.
Cons: We would have liked for our 1BR suite to have included a half bathroom as well.
Location: It's located in Buckhead and is minutes away from Lenox Square Mall. Several restaraunts are located in the area too.
My fiance and I stayed here for convenient access to the aquarium and Six Flags. Check in and out was easy due to the Passbook app on my iPhone storing the accomodation information for quick access.

Nice staff

This is a location where the staff was amazing, however I was in vacation with my family and the pool was not working, the toliet stop working, the breakfast stop serving prior to the end time told to the guest, and the common area fire place also was not working. They need to work on the common area itms

No towels

I would have to ask for clean towels everyday of my stay and normally no one would come unless I call the front desk several times. I one point they told me I couldn't get any towels because there was no staff on duty to bring them to me. It was not pleasant.

Great location/property but NOT pet friendly

Pros: Location, landscaping, duck pond on property, two bedroom/two bathroom suite with fireplace, manager's reception on week nights.
Cons: Customer service. Housekeeping. Responsiveness to pet owners. Insufficient parking.
Location: Steps away from the heart of Buckhead, Phipps and Lennox Malls, yet on a very quiet, idyllic lake.
There are a lot of lovely things to enjoy at this hotel: lovely campus, steps away from Phipps and Lennox Malls, newly renovated rooms. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite with a fireplace is great on a cold night. There ends the happiness. The staff is seemingly kind, but unhelpful and the housekeeping staff is decidedly uncooperative, especially to pet owners. I stayed here because I travelled with pets. Cats cannot be crated all day, so I had to stay with them if I wanted housekeeping services. I was instructed to call housekeeping when I was ready for a service. Several days in a row, housekeeping showed up 2 to 4 HOURS after I called, and called, and called. Next it was suggested I schedule housekeeping services in advance, which I did. They still did not show up until hours after they were scheduled - and only after repeated phone calls from me. It was a miserable experience, and it ruined my trip. I was trapped in my hotel room until late afternoon almost every day, for two weeks. In spite of repeated apologies from the front desk, housekeeping never fixed the problem. In all fairness, once housekeeping actually arrived, they usually did a decent job, but by then, the day was almost gone and plans for the day were ruined. Repeatedly.

Conflict with Room

The hotel thought we had cancel our room on the second day and they tried to book it. We were in our room resting when someone tried to open the door when I answered they said the fround desk said that there was not abyone in the room. That was very upsetting.

Everything was accessible! Parking was great! Rice size and space was Great. Comfortable for the relaxing weekend. Will be back soon!

Nice place for families, great location

Pros: Clean, staff was very courteous, location
Cons: Continental breakfast (more fruit, add bacon (only ham was available), add sausage)
Location: Lenox park area of Buckhead. Tons of restaurants and shopping.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect for us because both bedrooms had doors! The kids stayed in one room watching TV, playing games, etc while we stayed in the Den watching TV. Spacious layout.
