The stay was good. We were only there for the night and it was comfortable. Yes it is near a homeless shelter but there is 24 hour security at the place. Conveniently located near everything and very nice overall.

had been in other places like this but felt safe here & no one was into themselves there. staff wasnt helpful when asked about atlanta but was ok. i wouldve found out one way or another as the city had ambassadores in downtown who was helpful. good location but had a bad rep for the homeless shelter next to them but didnt bother anyone as i walked by many times there. as promised mini fridge & microwave in the room a good price for the location well kept up property with security present there. will recommend for anyone who cannot afford the big hotels.

“Clean hotel. Not so clean location.”

The Hotel itself was just fine. The place is very affordable and it is clean. The staff was nice and friendly. There is a security guard you check into everytime you enter the grounds. This is great because you feel pretty safe once in the hotel parking lot. If I were to complain about anything it would just be that there are no dishes. I stayed here mainly for the kitchenette and had to purchase dishes for my stay. The other reviews are correct in the presence of homeless people everywhere around the area. This hotel is located right down the street from where there are numerous amounts of homeless people. Not exactly somewhere I would stay with kids or if you are wanting to walk places from your hotel room. If you are driving though, this hotel is in a very central location and I didn't have any issues with anything during my weeks stay.

This hotel is near a homeless shelter but I will say I did not see any homeless people running around.

It would be better if it is available in the hotel some eating utensils such as dish, glass, spoon, etc.

In a trip for viewing the scenes when you come to a hotel for resting after a long trip it's all right to stay in a moderate hotel like this one

Very Clean Hotel. Staff was extremely accomodating. However, the location was down the street from a Homeless Shelter, making the area not very safe at night!!!

“drug dealers”

I noticed drug dealers on and around the property, along with drug users. I wasn't something I would have expected, but considering the homeless population in the area, I wasn't totally surprised. I felt somewhat safe with the 24 hour security.
