Old hotel in a shady neighborhood.Posted Oct 15, 2013
I wouldn't recommend this because it was quite run down. The amount of loitering was a little excessive. The microwave did not work. The room was kinda dirty. But for the price and staying one night it was ok. The staff were very friendly though.

RUN AWAYPosted Sep 28, 2013
Pros: Leaving it.
Cons: Checking in.
Location: It close to about everything that I needed. Walmart and food places.
The bed was two twin size put together and very hard to sleep on. The guest hang outside and kids run around very early in the mornings. No sleep at all.

RIDICULOUSLY BADPosted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The only good thing here was the staff, they were friendly and ready to help. However, the door didn't lock our cards didn't work, paper thin walls could hear people screaming and babies crying all day.. around 7pm (when we needed to go out for dinner but couldn't for lack of a locking door) we decided to leave ... whilst waiting for our taxi in excess of 10 cars came and did a circuit of the car park ... looking for god only knows what.

Best for people on a budgetPosted Aug 6, 2013
The staff was friendly, furnishing good and room rate the cheapest I could find. What is a downer for the place is the outside ambiance. I wouldn't rank it as one of my best hotel stays ever but it was good. A good place to stay in ATL , even if you don';t have a car, due to its connections to MARTA.

HorriblePosted Jul 28, 2013
My wife and I did not stay in the hotel at the end because the room was all dirty, it smell bad, and at first the keys to the room did not work until one of the people that was staying there came to us and open the room with his key. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were very dissapointed.

OK Room, So-So Customer Service...Posted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was located in a bad neighborhood, according to a local police officer who pulled us over for being parked in a gas station that was closed for business for the day (we had to pull over to look at the directions to the hotel). The police said whenever he wants to make an arrest, all he does is park in the hotel's parking lot & watch! (yeah...) It was late and all other hotels were booked, so we went anyway. Plus, my room key didnt work and when someone came with me to assist with opening the door, it was done with ease, but wasnt shown how it was done so easily; they just opened the door & walked away! Had to walk back to the office to get them to open it again, but they ended up replacing the lock completely. I asked for extra towels but never received it. It was nice to have a kitchette with a stove, frige and microwave, but thought it was weird to not have an ice machine, just vending machines. Customer service was ok because the lady at the front desk was very nice about all of our inconveniences, but like I said, I never got those extra towels I requested. I think the main reason I got some really good rest is because I had just drove about 6hrs straight!

worst experience ever - hotel for vagrantsPosted Jul 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
absolutely refuse to stay there a lot of weird residents who were hanging out on the property like it was an apartment complex. Hotel lobby was really dirty and dingy and the smell was not fresh. Hotel key didn't work to their units but looking from the outside window, it looked terribly dirty. Broken glass on the arking lot. Security was making several attempts to open other residents room with key card that did not work and it did not work on my room as well. Hotel guest counter personnel indicated that this was an extended stay facility and not your normal hotel. One of the residents was in the lobby doing the hoochie coochie dance and was pulling up her dress and heavily using profanity. Hotel need to be listed with any hotel listings. It was a tremendous shock to see the conditions of this facility and its occupants.
