“Conveniently Located”

The Sheraton Downtown Atlanta is conveniently located within walking distance of the convention center and shopping. A very well kept hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Don't bother renting a car - the hotel has a free shuttle to take you where you need to go...and get you back to the hotel, too.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional...it was a pleasure interacting with everyone...from the front desk, to dining staff, to the housekeeping staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel,it's a very close to all the majoe shops and dining places of downtown atlanta with everything very close.This hotel was Very accomodating and the price was just right.The Whole Staff from the check-in counter to the housekeeping staff was Very Friendly and Nice and Just Great-I'll be coming back

The hotel was exactly what you would expect from a Sheraton. I was in town for a conference, and it was very convenient--and less expensive than the conference hotel. My only complaint was with wifi. The hotel website was not entirely clear on wifi access. There is free access only in a lounge area. If you want to have computer access in your room, the hotel charges.

“Very nice service”

The service and friendliness of the staff was unsurpassed. Really the only thing I would change is either different pillows or more of them. They were not adequate for a king size bed. Otherwise it was perfect.

“Good Hotel”

Hotel stay was comforting, could have used a microwave and mini frig. Parking was fairly expensive $15 daily, good thing was you could go in and out on that one day charge.

the room was very nice and always kept clean, Atlanta was super busy the weekend we were there and the hotel was very helpful in giving directions, making sure we got a cab quickly and just all around very helpful. convenient location and not a long walk to any of the major downtown attractions. very enjoyable visit would defenitly go back.

“Very Friendly Staff and Convenient to Amenities”

I was very pleased with my stay at the Atlanta Downtown Sheraton. I was able to ride the Marta from the airport and walk to the hotel. There was a lot to do close by, although the weather and business meetings prevented me from taking advantage of that. I was greeted with a welcoming voice mail in my room after a very pleasant experience with check-in. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The valet staff recommended a great restaurant for true Southern food. I would definitely stay again on another trip to Atlanta.
