This was a good place to stay. Nice hotel and convenient to everything. The only negative was the tv in the living room wouldn’t switch channels. We didn’t watch much tv to it wasn’t a big drawback for us. Would recommend this property.

It was a very enjoyable stay. I was there for baseball games so the proximity to the park was great. Very friendly staff. I had a problem with my shower and they did their best to take care of it.

I had the worst experience of my life...no Air Conditioner for 2 nights. Not TV for 3 nights and no water for 5 hours...and then was told I could not get a refund because I used expedia. And expedia said they would not refund unless Sheraton approved it and.which they did not...just crazy and Im disappointed. And I had a suite...smh

My room was not ready , not fully cleaned so they had to move me to another room , water on the kitchenette only 1 side worked , hair on the toilet, neither rooms was cleaned and ready, I was so disappointed, the swimming pools was under construction…I was so tired , I should’ve elsewhere but was exhausted from my flight, I needed a refund!!!!

The staff goes above and beyond, for their guests, very friendly. The rooms are clean and perfect. I will definitely stay at the Sheraton again!!

I made my reservation through Expedia so I was unaware that they’re in the middle of major renovation construction on every floor as well as the pool area until we arrived. After a long car ride with small kids we just wanted to let them swim a bit to get their energy out so we could all get some well needed sleep before getting back on the road.

Despite the building being renovated that saying i expected better Room with king bed i reserved not available I was given a room on a high floor at my request Got into room and main TV was not working. It had to be reprogrammed Also phone was not working. maintenance was unable to fix it I guess they thuoght i didn't need one

The room had smoking smell filled up from previous occupants. We asked front desk for air fresheners but did not get them. The room was clean but the smell was very strong and bothered us all night.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The advertisement stated that there was on on sight restaurant and pictures indicated that dining in was on option, but this was not the case. Our bathtub leaked and wet the floor on the outside of the bathroom.

Common areas could’ve been cleaner, probably mostly due to the remodel, but our room was excellent! Very well appointed, nice linens, & we really liked the use of space in the layout! We will definitely consider staying here again. I hope the restaurant is reopened by then.

Good location but awkwardly positioned. one way in/out but location is also a bonus because of proximity to Brave's stadium and shopping. The room itself is lovely. There is construction so noisy. Floor 16 has been remodeled already and is just perfect. My only other complaint is the external access to elevators.

They stay here was not terrible, but there were a few minor things. The refrigerator didn’t work, the bathroom sink was clogged so water didn’t drain right, there was sum sort of static noise coming from a vent in the bedroom, the floor my family stayed on looked like it was being remodeled and was quite unappealing to the eyes, there were no ice machines, the hotel advertises it was a Starbucks but it doesn’t, even tho there were quite a few things to complain about the staff made up for it, they were all so nice and accommodating, they MAKE that hotel because otherwise it definitely it’s Sheraton material
