Atlanta Hotel

Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms could be just a little more soundproof as far as the hallways go.
Location: A lot of opportunities and areas to visit in Atlanta.
A great hotel stay and experience. The staff was very courteous and all of the hotel facilities were clean and in great condition.

Quick trip to Atlanta

Cons: AC in room is a little loud.
We always try to stay at the Staybridge when in Atlanta. Great location for shopping and dining. Always friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good breakfast.

Quick trip to Atlanta

We always stay at the Staybridge whenever we visit Atlanta if possible. Nice large rooms, always clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very good.

No water the night before medical procedure

The water stopped working during one night. When I called the desk, the woman didn't seem to understand the inconvenience of this and brushed us off without much explanation or apology. Thankfully, it began working again even though the hot water took longer to start up. It out a lot of stress on us since we were unable to shower before the medical procedure, let alone relieve ourselves or even just quickly wash up. A formal apology and some sort of discount would of been warranted, but nothing at all. I really liked this place otherwise, it's too bad I couldn't give it a better review.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback regarding your recent stay. I'm so sorry you experienced an issue with hot water. Unfortunately we did have a piece of equipment in our hot water system go down in the middle of the night unexpectedly. We worked very diligently to replace this with an updated and improved replacement and had the hot water up and running in just a few hours. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to have you come back and stay with us so we can show how great we can be!!

Terrible Service

I called the hotel to tell them I would be a very late check in, around 1am. I asked specifically if my room would be given away and if someone would be at the desk that late. I was assured that my room would not be given away. When I walked in at 2am because my flight was delayed, I was told my room was given away, and that the 3 days I had already paid for were forfeited. They were kind enough to call and get a room for me at another hotel, which I had to pay for...I was told by others that this frequently happens in Dunwoody as they don't have enough hotel rooms to handle the business needs Monday - Thursday nights, and next time I should try a neighboring city.

The location was hard to find with a GPS. It is located in a very convenient area. It is close to whatever you could wish for. Check in was fast and pleasant. Hotel was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was amazing. Only drawback the cleaning staff walked in at 8 in the morning.

great stay

i have stayed in several 2 room suites in atlanta over the years and this is by far the best i have ever stayed in. the room was nice, and very clean. the breakfast was nothing special but it was what i expected. it was easy to get to from 285 and great for us to get on route 400 towards downtown as we went to a braves game on back to back nights during our stay. the neighborhood is great with lots of shopping and restuarants. we ate at pf changs which was like a minute drive from the motel. i am not a shopper but my wife is and she seemed to want to come back to the motel for a "girls shopping trip". we travel to atlanta to watch the braves play as much as twice a year spending 4 to 6 nights a year in atlanta and we have no intentions of staying anywhere else from this stay forward.
