Pros: The gardens, the porches (3) and my room.

Cons: Breakfast was too formal for me

Location: Perfect for mid-town

Very pleasant surroundings and furnishings. Outstanding room....luxurious. Short walk to mid town business and emmting facilities. Good location for business travelers who want a luxurious room that has windows that ipen to gardens and trees. Couple would enjoy is as well. Less suitable for families.

We had a great weekend at Stonehurst Place. Our room was lovely - the bed was super comfortable, although the bathroom in the Piedmont room is original to the property and is quite small. I understand the other rooms have more spacious bathrooms. The house itself is gorgeous and impeccably decorated. The breakfasts were delicious. Sara, the assistant innkeeper, was charming and helpful. There are two common sitting areas that are very comfortable. We have family in Atlanta who stopped by to visit us and we really enjoyed using those areas to socialize with them.

Pros: The warm welcome, the luxurious comfort of the rooms and the amazing quality of the breakfasts

Cons: We could not fault our stay

Location: We found the location perfect, a short cab ride from all central attractions and within walking distance to some lovely bars and restaurants

A truly unique place to stay. The attention to detail in the rooms, the communal areas and the gardens is staggering. Stonehurst Place manages to find that rare midway point between breathtaking style and real home comfort. The genuine warmth of our hosts meant that we felt welcome the moment that we stepped through the door - and the breakfasts were out of this world. I consider myself to be a fair and objective reviewer and am not prone to gushing, but can honestly say this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in.

Perfect for a Night in Downtown Atlanta

Great B and B - this is an excellent place for an Anniversary or Special night in Downtown Atlanta. Very close to all of the great restaurants, romantic, and peaceful. We stayed in the Master Suite which was spacious and great bathroom... awesome tub!! Enjoy...

Pros: The authentic artwork stationed all over the house and property, also the atmosphere was extremely welcoming.

Cons: N/A

Location: Great location in mid-town Atlanta. Nice area and only 2 blocks away from Peidmont Park. Plenty of restruants within walking distance.

My husband and I booked our room @ Stonehurst Place last minute. I am so so glad we choose to stay @ Stonehurst. The service was amazing, the breakfast was to die for, and the inn itself was beautiful! The attention to detail was superb. Beautifully decorated inside and out. I can't wait to go back!
