“Very nice and clean.”

It is a very nice Hotel and very close to the Arena. I will return.

“Stay is Ga”

Hotel was worn, but clean enough. I probably would not stay here again if I didn't have to.

“Just average”

I phoned ahead for information and was given inaccurate information about coffee in the room, the neighborhood, and other amenities. The room had an unusual smell. At times, the lobby had people lounging in it who appeared to be staff. The hotel was inexpensive and in a good location. One staff member was helpful in getting shuttle information for me during my stay.

“Good Price, Average Stay”

The front desk said they were "changing management" so there was some confusion with my room. They were nice about it though. It's a typical extended stay place -- people hanging around the outside and inside. Can't beat the price -- and it's close to the Gwinnett Center (and is in a parking lot with McDonalds).

“Noisy”

Nice enough for the price. You can hear the people trampling around on the floor above you.

“You could do better unless price is the whole goal”

This hotel has an old look and feel. The bedding feels old. The pillows are tiny and flat. The furniture is old. Our room was never cleaned. We had to bring our old towels down to the desk to trade them for clean towels. You could do better.
