“Fair”

This hotel had no cable, a little shabby, but was in a good location between downtown Atl, and Buckhead.

“not impressed”

no hot water at times, and some of the furniture had bad stains and rips

“Not a great place!”

The hotel is old and it shows. The exterior of the building is in disrepair and the hallways and stair wells were full of debris. The room was from the 1960s with no updates. Holes in the carpet, ripped linen, and molding shower curtian. Since they have a NO REFUND policy, we stayed the 2 nights and watched roaches crawl the walls. I do not reccomend this hotel unless you enjoy substandard accomodations.

“Not impressed”

This hotel is not anywhere near in the best part of the city and the building looks nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't be surprised if there were people cooking meth in some of the rooms. It's in serious need of renovation and the price I paid to stay there was about twice as much as I thought the hotel was worth. Continental breakfast was great though.

“Stayed in the ghetto”

This hotel is a dump. I was scared for my life.

“Very unsatisfactory”

We could almost forgive the rotting wood on the deck, the office furniture out on the patio, the holes in the wall and the smoke filled non smoking room. What we could not accept is the glass broken out of the exterior wall to the corridar. We left after five minutes and were refused our money back despite the severe safety issue. Good location....horrible accomodation.

“Beware of mold”

The first thing I noticed was a faint,unpleasant smell. Upon investigation, found the carpet in front of the bathroom door was molded. Upon request, I was moved to another room. Don't go for savings with the thought that "it's only one night". This property is in bad shape.

“Rat Hole”

wireless did not work lights falling from ceiling in bathroom towell rack falling off the wall strange to see a toaster oven on top of a microwave on top of a mini-fridge, all wired into one big power strip - i unplugged them for fear of fire room smelled awful, the door to room would not shut properly i am not part of the "latte" crowd, but do appreciate a nice clean airy room like anybody - this place was a dump, no other way to describe it. Hot water in the shower (which was dangerously slippery) worked, but not in the sink - kind of hard to shave that way. Would i recomend? Ummm, no. Actually I would say to anybody who asked about this hotel: "RUN AWAY!"
