“Great hotel”

This hotel was fantastic. They offer valet parking, but we used the parking garage behind the hotel. It is on a very busy street so you can hear cars all night long, but it's not that bad. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying downtown.

“Only place I'll stay in Atlanta!”

A friend and I were in town for a concert and stumbled upon the Ellis on Expedia the night before our stay. We booked it for the great price, location and hotel photos but we were still unsure of what we would find once we got there. From check in to check out, our stay at The Ellis was fabulous! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful (If you need directions ask Calvin, he will get you there safely) and the room was probably one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, had the comfiest beds and super chic too. Two words - Molton Brown! I can't say enough about the Terrace restaurant staff. Tim, Carlee and Will - you guys are STELLAR!! The Ellis played a major role in making our one night stay in Atlanta truly an epic adventure. I highly recommend you stay here. It's a steal for the price you pay.

“Wouldn't stay anywhere else!”

WOW! This hotel is FANTASTIC! The service was excellent, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and the amenities- including wine during happy hour -were unsurpassed. It is so beautiful I took photos of the room! I truly would stay nowhere else in downtown Atlanta! Many amusements/attractions are a short walk from the hotel and a MARTA (rail) station is literally a few feet from the door around the corner! (I stayed 4 days and used MARTA to ride to and from the airport, and back and forth from Zoo Atlanta, High Museum of Art, and Atlanta Botanical Gardens - total cost $13.50!!) Security was top notch so there is peace of mind during your stay. Please don't pass this one up!

“Great Place”

Really enjoyed my stay at the Ellis. I travel to Atlanta 1-2 times per year and by far the Ellis was the nicest place I have stayed at. Elevator's were a little slow, but I was on the third floor so I could use the steps. There is the option to self park or valet park which does add to the price of staying at a downtown hotel in Atlanta. Super easy to get to the major highways from the hotel.

“Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

My wife and I stayed at the Ellis for a weekend to attend an event at the Georgia Dome. We wanted to stay downtown so we could walk to our event but still have easy access to Atlanta's metra system. The Ellis fit the bill perfectly. The staff was exceptional, our room was nice and the train station is in front of the Hotel. If we return to Atlanta we will certainly stay again. I would not bother with meals downtown though. There are some great restaurants in the surrounding neighborhhoods near train stations. Especially in Decatur on the Blue line.
