“Beyond Five Stars!!”

My husband and I have travelled extensively for business and pleasure through the United States and Europe. Without a doubt, this was the most enjoyable trip either of us have ever taken. The booking was easy and unbelievably affordable through Expedia. The hotel was an experience unto itself. From the minute we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the doorman, and the hotel staff continued to provide prompt, efficient and helpful service throughout the weekend. The grandeur of the hotel did not stop in the lobby. We were pleasantly surprised by the full apartment style room, complete with washer and dryer, when we got upstairs. The location in the heart of historical downtown Atlanta left us with plenty of activities no matter what our mood or the weather. We will definitely put The Georgian Terrace Hotel at the top of our favorites and make a point of returning any time we want a relaxing weekend get-away!

The hotel was absolutely stunning and in close proximity to several attractions, hot nightspots, good eats, historical landmarks,etc. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I definitely plan to stay there the next time I find myself in Atlanta! Pamper yourself...it's worth the expense, traveler!

This would have to be up there for one of our favourites in 3 months of travel within the USA. The Georgian terrace was happy to have us & we were happy to stay . You are greeted by effciant staff immediately from the time you arrive.The motel has its own restaurant within" Livingstone's the food was exceptional and fitted our budget.Service and presentation was exceptional . They are Open for Breakfast lunch & dinner. Our room a double queen with separate rooms was basically an apartment with two lrge flat screen TV's plush queen beds with fabulous linen with a decore fitted for the King & Queen in all of us. Our apartment included a full kitchen (no utensils though can be hired or free for longer stays) and washer & dryer at not extra fee. This motel has a rooftop saltwater lap pool where you can see for miles. Great picture opp...(fresh gym/swim towels supplied). The full service gym certainly has wonderful views of Atlanta.(if raining a bonus). plus a water dispenser. Valet & self parking available at a fee. It will be hard to find a better situated Place and is right across from the FOX Theatre Georgia.

The Georgian Terrace was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have ever experienced. When I am traveling on the road, I like to stay in a hotel that makes me feel like I am at home. That is the kind of experience I felt. The staff was extremely courteous and respectful. The rooms were spacious and clean. I rate my stay at the Georgian Terrace a ten, and I highly recommend it.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

After reading the reviews on this website, I thought that I would have a pretty lousy time in Atlanta. Boy, was I surprised! Check-in was easy and quick. Parking was steep - it's $22 a day if you park yourself, but then you can't go in and out of the garage so it's probably a better deal to pay the $25 for valet parking if you plan on using your car (you don't have to pay to go in and out). The room was so large! I got the standard room queen, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The bed was SO comfortable! It's close enough to the MARTA station that you can easily travel from the Terrace to downtown or even Turner Field (as we did). I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Atlanta.

“Favorite Midtown Atlanta Hotel”

Great hotel staff, very clean rooms. Internet is a little difficult to use so don't expect to get a lot of work done as it seems to need to be upgraded.

“Clean, Classy, and Close to the Fox!”

Very nice hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our room - it was comparable to a decent sized two-bedroom apartment. Valet parking is the way to go, as you only have to pay to park once, even if you leave the hotel. If you self-park, you will have to pay every time you leave and come back. This place is right across the street from The Fox, so I'd recommend staying here if you plan to see a show and want the absolute closest hotel to the theatre. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The living room was nice - very comfy couch and nice flat screen tv. The kitchen seemed well equipped, though we never actually used it. Overrall..........Great place to stay and we will certainly book here again when staying overnight in ATL.

It was such a pleasure to stay in the elegance of The Georgian Terrace Hotel. I was delighted with my one-bedroom with sitting room, especially the roomy bathroom and fabulous memory-foam mattress. I look forward to a return visit in the very near future.
