Renovations are going on but the hotel is still gorgeous. The employees were very helpful and always smiling. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Westin is a very nice place to stay, beds are very, very comfortable, I would gladly recommend to anyone asking. My only complaint, remodeling & shops un-available, with the heat, I used the water from the room & after it was cleaned it was not re-placed, especially since there was not a place to purchase water. It is my Hotel of choice for Atlanta. You will Be pleased. I have stayed 2 times, the maids were already knocking for me to leave @ 10, my check out was not till 12, my only complaint of this establishment.

“Nice Hotel but Under Construction”

The Westin is always nice, but this location is currently under construction. The lobby and valet area are under heavy construction. Outside of that the rooms were still nice and quiet. The bed was heavenly. I would stay here again.

The hotel was perfect, very clean, great beds and very close to the airport. The staff was very pleasant. I had delayed luggage and was leaving on an international flight in the morning. The hotel went above and beyond to help me recover my luggage. One employee the porter took time to call Delta and the shuttle service to locate my luggage and he hand delivered it to my room. Now that's service! Great stay, great price. I will return!
