“If It Wasnt For the Heavenly Bed!!!”

Ive enjoyed staying at the Westin in several different states. My only complaint was that this room was very dusty & the a/c never did cool the room..Seemed as if the room had been vacant for a while & just needed a little TLC..I love the comfort of the bed. Clean bathroom, classy hotel, very upscale & great location.J

“Friendly staff, comfortable beds”

The staff was very friendly & accomodating. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, & the surronding neighborhood was beautiful. In a safe, affluent area.

“Clean, simple and location was good. But that's it. No frills.”

Very basic accommodations. We were surprised at how plain and basic the room was. We were also not given any information upon check-in. They just handed us our key. The room was clean, but the hotel was a bit rowdy. The next door guests (whose room had a door that adjoins our room) opened their side of the adjoining doors at 4AM, then proceeded to party loudly. Really irritating.

“Great place to stay.”

I booked the hotel for its proximity to St. Joseph's hospital while my husband was there. I was pleased with rooms, surrounding area, and the service I was provided. There was a great place to run in the mornings, too!

“Stay”

The room was extremely dusty, and dirtly. I had to leave a note so that room service could dust the room atleast for the time we were there which was 3 nights. The room was left the same still dusty. The uncleanliness of the room caused me to get sick. I hardly doubt we would ever stay at this hotel again.

“Westin, Sandy Springs”

The hotel was great. The only issue I had was having to deal with an "escapade" in room 511...Friday night & Sunday morning. Fortunately, I was out most of Saturday so I missed the show. I was in 513. The room was an adjoining room, possibly why I could hear the "escapade" going on in the next room. And when I say "hear", I mean LOUD AND CLEAR. If I was with my family I DEFINITELY would have asked to change rooms. Other than that, I have no complaints about the Westin.
