Excellent Hotel In Dunwoody

Pros: The location, room, facilities and service were very good.
Cons: Its very expensive at the full rate.
Location: Its in the Dunwoody / Sandy Springs area so everything is close by.
The hotel accommodation and service lived up to expectations - it was a refreshing change from the other 'suite' type hotels in the area although at a price!

Great Hotel, Would Stay Again

Pros: Staff
Cons: Coffee maker and phones.
Location: Go to the Coca-Cola museum and skip the aquarium during spring break.
This hotel is great and the location is perfect. Our coffee maker didn't work and neither did our phone, but the staff was top-notch all the way.

Bad housekeeper, my room 1819 is not clean.

Room is not clean, carpet is dirty, no refill for toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. My room 1819. Good facility and Lobby is remodeling

Very clean, would stay here again

Pros: The hotel was very clean; we asked for several things that we forgot to bring and the staff was very responsive and filled our need - much appreciated
Cons: NA
Location: Convenient to shopping and restaurants, easy to get to from freeway as well, excellent view from the room.
I had a reservation for a Jr suite, but it didn't have a bathtub, the front desk was kind enough to switch us to a room with a bath for the special weekend I had with my wife. Steven

Nice, good customer service

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the area. Customer service was excellent. The staff sent us a crib and microwave and called to make sure we had received them.

Pros: Lobby was beautiful. Rooms were awesome; beds was soft and slept well
Location: Easy to find.

Wish I could have spent more time there

I chose this hotel because it was convenient to the hospital at which I was visiting my brother. I basically only slept there. But it is a very nice hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. I will definitely visit this hotel again when I can spend more time enjoying its facilities.
