“Great Location”
Great service, but not very knowledgeable about downtown Atlanta. I was overall impressed with the design of the hotel, but the bathrooms in each room could use some work.

“Westin”
The hotel was clean but the gym and pool were closed! Over all good.
“Good location at a fair price”
Very warm staff, clean rooms, great views. Staff on the higher floors and take West facing. The Sundial restaurant should not be missed even if you are not staying at the hotel.
“Westin Hotel Downtown - Never Again”
We arive at the hotel approx 1030pm Nov 19, 2011. First problem we encounter that they down grade our room from a King to a queen size. Secound of all the room was not clean to a Westin Hotel standard. We notice how cold it was in the room, it continue to blown out cold air. Around 1050pm I called down to the main desk but never got an answer so i went down to the lobby and explain the situation. They transfer us to another room, now do you believe this, they upgrade us up to king size room the one we had made reservation at first. We sette into the room about 1115pm, turn the heat on no heat in this room also. So at this time we pretty upset so we called downstair no answer. we called Expedia to asist us which they and called but it took awhile, so they sent a maintanace guy with a space heater-no way we stated. Expedia stated that some was coming up to talk to us and help get things fixs. By 1230pm no one show up, by approx 1245am we decided to check out and go across the street to the Marriott. They had an old school party going at the time, The Westin staff was more interested in the party than taking care of thier customer. No Westin Hotel in Atl again. My problem is that staff lie about our room at first, No one solve our concern, poor customer service and the worst of all they did not even try to help us in a timely manner. I guess they wanted party with the other guest. Recommendation replace crew you had working the night of Nov 19, due to they none carry attitude.
“Impressive Staff and Service”
Only issue I had was with internet access. It is still geared towards paying for it although it is free (at least in the case of the room I got through Expedia). The Staff was SUPERB across the board. Bellman, Front Desk, Doormen, cleaning staff - could not ask for any better.
“Westin Peachtree Plaza”
Huge hotel, but convenient and great staff.
“Gigantic hotel, great location”
So sick of having to pay $15 to use wifi for 5 minutes... Atlanta's hotels are bigger than Vegas, huge. The Westin is a nice hotel, the halls were very tired and actually looked beat up. The bed was very comfy and from had all the appointments expected by a business traveler in metropolitan location. Nice 4 block walk to the convention center. Will defiantly stay here again.
“"my kinda place"”
i was very impressed with the services provided by the hotel
“Glad I didn't pay full price”
Very dissatisfied with the hotel service. They did not tell me that since I paid with my debit card, to put any extras on my account, they would need a credit card. After getting cozy and settled to watch a movie, I could't purchase a rental on the TV. It took 45 minutes to get in touch with the front desk to try to fix the problem. I then had to go down to the lobby in my pj's and wait another 25 minutes. I gave them my credit card and was promised my movie rental would be free, but it was on my bill the next day. As far as the hotel itself, the lobby was nice, but the rooms were unexpectedly outdated and small. The room and hallway felt like a hospital/nursing home. The view was pretty amazing from the 62nd floor, though.
