“A home away from home!”

I have so many wonderful things to say about this beautiful and well thought out hotel. It was like a home away from home. Very comfortable and warming all the way from the building, staff, and the room. I actually hated that I had to go. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but I must admit that none has compared to this one. Every time I'm in Atlanta this will be my choice to stay. I've told all of my family members about this one and can't wait to go back!

“Expensive but worth it”

The Hotel was great. Originally there was a small problem. I requested a room with a handicapped rails in the washroom . When I arrived they told me that the only rooms with handicapped rails were 2 bedroom suites or suites with a king size bed. There were no suites with two queen size beds ( which they had not informed me and which I needed) that had handicapped rails except a two bedroom suite. At first they said there was nothing they could do but after some gentle prodding they upgraded me and my mother to a 2 bedroom suite which was wonderful. Well that initial problem was the only one I had. The room was wonderful. There is a computer in the room with free internet access which was fantastic. Each room has a terrace. The neighbor hood is cool and young and hip . The hotel lounge was great with live music. The food was fantastic. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

“Twelve deserves a 10!”

The hotel was great! I went with two friends, and we requested a roll-away bed, which was in the room when we checked in. There's a full kitchen in the room, and a Publix a short walk away. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. Just be aware that the bar closes at 10:00.

“Definitely would stay again.”

Rented a 2 double bed suite for my brother and sister's birthday. The room was very spacious and had a DVD player and computer in the room. Great hotel experience at a good price.

“Amazing stay!!”

My husband and I were looking for a simple getaway and we got so much more. I know the cost was a little pricey but it is very close to all the shopping and restaurants in Atlantic Station. Also if you wanted to travel further into Atlanta they have several cabs set up outside. I LOVED the room. It felt like a small apartment rather than just a plain hotel room. If your looking for a nice place to stay while still being convenient to everything then this is the place for you!!

“Nice hotel”

We were actually upgraded upon arrival, so that was a great perk. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was that the tile shower had mold in it. Everything else was roomy and appeared to be clean. We would stay again! Convenient location to public parking and lots of shopping/dining areas.

“nice, but they overbook their rooms”

The hotel was very nice, parking is expensive. The hotel oversold the rooms and the room I reserved was not available. I had to wait for them to "locate a suitable room. They did comp my valet fee, but the inconvience was a headache. The pool closes too early as well.

“Twelve Atlantic Station”

The hotel staff were wonderful; the rooms were not well apportioned (shower caps, toothpaste, the things you forget at times to bring!) but the size was GREAT! I asked for pots/pans, and again, the staff answered my every request. Location is great as well.

“Potential for Greatness....”

Twelve Atlantic Station has great potential but like most things it is often the staff or should that be the leadership which lets it down. Great location........but some of the rooms have a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and brightness. I stayed on the 6th floor for the duration of my 20 day trip and found this floor to be adequate for my trip requirements. My main disappointments were 1. Cleanliness of room - very hit and miss in fact more miss than hit!! 2. Lack of provison of basic toiletries and subsequent replacement......great walk in shower though! 3. The fact that as a long term guest one is charged a ridiculous daily parking fee 4. The slowness of the front desk staff 5. Not answering the telephone for both incoming and outgoing calls - very sloppy 6. The room required more lighting....very, very dark That said I would still recommend this aspiring hotel to those looking for a moderate mid town location. It felt safe and the surrounding was clean with plenty of eateries within walking distance.
