Dirtiest hotel I have a ever stayed at in my life.

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Tub had FECES stains like it was never cleaned. Bed was made but blood Stains all in it. We had to move rooms 3 times. Heater didn't work out of 2 of the 3 rooms. And the ice on the cake was no hot water to take a shower.

Heart of Midtown, not worth the money

Posted Feb 16, 2015
My wife and I stayed here for Valentine's Day and it was not what we expected. We paid $300 to stay here for 1 night. When we got in the room, we had towels that had brown stains all over them, dirty floors, and a bed full of hairs. Hairs were everywhere! I had to make 3 different requests and finally after 30 minutes someone came to change the sheets. The room we had also had partial concrete walls. When we checked out the staff were not that friendly and they did not ask how our experience was. If I had to redo our trip to Atlanta, I would pick a different hotel to stay at...it is just was not worth it for me to spend $300 there again.

Home Away From Home

The deluxe suite with a king-sized bed was perfect. I had no idea a washer/dryer was included so that was a nice surprise. (Clearly, I didn't read about the amenities that were included with my stay). I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Hotel is modern and is close to ammenities

Pros: Rooms were large. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Parking fees lowered. Not sure anything can be done about noise levels from hallways.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, movie theater, IKEA, mass transit.
The hotel is located near many stores and restaurants. There is also a state of the art movie theater within walking distance too. Public transit is near by and are only a short drive to downtown Atlanta and Piedmont park areas. Only negatives is that noise can be heard from the hallways and parking at the hotel is valet only and is over priced. Parking is available across the street for $14 a day.

Walked in suite and was automatically taken AWAY! Perfect for families, some that love to cook, it's perfect all the way. Full kitchen, living room, bed was uber comfy? Stamd in shower and garden tub was amazing.

Nice Hotel for the Price

When we got to our room, we thought we were going to have a balcony but we had sliding glass door that opened up to railing and strange area where you couldn't see much of anything. We called the front desk and asked how much to upgrade to a room with an actual private balcony. They were extremely accomodating and offered us a room with two private balconies on the sixth floor as opposed to the second and it was all free of charge!
