Perfect!!

This was an incredible room! We were just an elevator ride from shops and restaurants, had an 800sq ft condo style room, and paid less than a small room at other midtown hotels! Awesome!

Nothing special

I bought a deluxe Sweet at the 12 Atlantic Station. The room was nice but was not as clean as I would have liked. However, the staff was friendly and the facilities were beautiful. Overall it was a good stay.

Loved this condo-like hotel

My new husband and I went to Twelve Atlantic Station for a mini-honeymoon right after getting married (the real honeymoon was put off for a few months due to schedules), and we couldn't have picked a better place. Every single person we interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping to the valets, was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. And the valets were fast - we would be in our car and driving off less than 2 minutes from handing over the ticket. The "condo" was filled with high quality appliances, nice furnishings and a comfy bed. The bath amenities included a wonderful smelling natural bubble bath for the huge tub that even had arrests. The location is great - lots of places to have breakfast and lunch, a movie theater and grocery store (and lots of shopping, but we didn't really shop) all within a VERY short walking distance. And since it's in Atlanta, it's a short drive to all the great restaurants. The only part that wasn't great: there is a computer in every room that you are supposed to use to check your account, order room service, check out, etc. that didn't work. We let the front desk know after our first night, and they said they'd send somebody up, but it never got fixed. But compared to everything else, that was a minor irritation.

This was a nice hotel, good location, friendly staff and overall pleasant stay. Some parts of the hotel need some TLC, like the shower, but I would def stay again. The location is very good as you are in Midtown and in between great areas like Buckhead and Downtown. I would 100% recommend renting a car as taxi's in ATL can add up

Dirtiest hotel I have a ever stayed at in my life.

Tub had FECES stains like it was never cleaned. Bed was made but blood Stains all in it. We had to move rooms 3 times. Heater didn't work out of 2 of the 3 rooms. And the ice on the cake was no hot water to take a shower.

Heart of Midtown, not worth the money

Posted Feb 16, 2015
My wife and I stayed here for Valentine's Day and it was not what we expected. We paid $300 to stay here for 1 night. When we got in the room, we had towels that had brown stains all over them, dirty floors, and a bed full of hairs. Hairs were everywhere! I had to make 3 different requests and finally after 30 minutes someone came to change the sheets. The room we had also had partial concrete walls. When we checked out the staff were not that friendly and they did not ask how our experience was. If I had to redo our trip to Atlanta, I would pick a different hotel to stay at...it is just was not worth it for me to spend $300 there again.

Home Away From Home

The deluxe suite with a king-sized bed was perfect. I had no idea a washer/dryer was included so that was a nice surprise. (Clearly, I didn't read about the amenities that were included with my stay). I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
