Nice Hotel, great location

Needed something convenient and not terribly overpriced; the W has a very groovy vibe and all the little touches are quiet fun! Good service, nice room, friendly late night bar and food! Would stay here again.

Would love a refund!

After 2 calls to the front desk at 330 am and 430 am because of other guests partying in the hallway, I almost gave up to go sleep in my car! A hotel with such a good reputation should not have this problem. I'll never stay here again. Worst night's sleep in years

I am so sorry to hear you weren't able to get a good night's rest. We take noise complaints very seriously at W Atlanta-Buckhead. Our Security guard issues a warning the first time someone complains about noise from a specific room. Susequent complaints result in the offending room being fined and potentially asked to leave. We are also in the midst of a project to replace all guest room doors in the hotel to dampen the noise heard from the rooms to the hallways. Once completed, this project will have a very strong positive effect on our guests' ability to enjoy a comfortable and quiet night's rest. We hope you'll give us another chance.

Great location

Pros: Complimentary shuttle to restaurants and shopping. Driver was very nice and accommodating.
Location: Again, great location. Lennox Mall and great restaurants very close
Smallest bathroom I've ever seen (outside of Europe). Room was not cleaned, finally tracked down some clean towels around 2:00 in the afternoon.

Only complaint I had was left with the front desk. The shower head would not stay put in its cradle and I had to pull out a multi-tool to tighten, which still didn't hold the head in place so my morning shower was a challenge.

Nice hotel, disappointing upkeep

Great hotel with a very modern design. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Great rooftop bar. Close proximity to great restaurants and shopping. I am a general contractor who builds upscale, high rise condominiums and hotels like this one. I was disappointed to find a water leak that had not been taken care of. There was an unsightly hard water stain on the exterior of the window. Upon noticing this, I also noticed that water had begun seeping in at the top of the window and had started to damage the interior finishes (wall paint, ceiling).

Not so romantic,adolescent cheerleaders takeover

Hotel was taken over by cheerleaders on valentines day....not the most romantic atmosphere...

The CheerSport city-wide convention was this past weekend, February 14th where thousands of cheerleaders from all over the nation decended upon Atlanta. This convention is so large it effects almost all Atlanta hotels, stretching from Airport to downtown, Midtown and Buckhead hotels. This convention only happens once a year and we would love for you to have the opportunity to experience our hotel on a different weekend.

To much noise, citrus odor everywhere!

First thing they tell you if you make noise you have to pay for some one that leaves, but the Hotel have to much noise every where, parking, water pipies, both sides next rooms uper floor, and the bed was terrible, and everything smells like a cheap citrus hand soap!

expensive parking

Nicer than we were expecting. The TV didn't work initially so we called down and had someone in the room within 5 minutes with a quick fix, which was impressive. The only downside was the mandatory valet for $36/day...

Overnight valet is $32 a night, which is comparable to our neighboring hotels. Valet is by no means mandatory. Our guests are welcome to self-park in near by lots and walk 1-2 blocks to the hotel. Glad to hear the engineer was able to promptly fix your television. We would love to host you again!
