“Just Right!”

The hotel is located easily off of 85 and was just 5-10 minutes from the Gwinett Center Arena where we enjoyed ladies Basketball. A pretty good hot breakfast was available between 6-9am and we only wished it was available until 10am instead. Rooms are extra large and having coffee, microwave and refrigerator was a plus. The room was clean and so was the bathroom where I enjoyed the showerhead! Bed was comfortable and we heard no outside noise. There was very easy access to local restaurants even though traffic was tough around the area. Overall it was a great stay and we would return as long as we can get the same great rates.

“Staying in Duluth”

This is a great hotel with plenty to do nearby. Well, if you like Malls! The room was clean, the breakfast was nice and the staff helpful. I did notice the staff didn't stay up front and often had to wait for them to come from behind the wall. I also noticed on my second floor room I could open the window and there was no protection. No screen or safety device built in. I would be cautious if you had small kids and planned on having the window open.

Very much enjoyed this hotel...the alarm clock did not work..the clock on it seemed broken..the refrigerator would not get cold...overall..nice hotel

“Started off rough, but turned out great!”

The Hotel staff and housekeeping were very accommodating for some specifics needs and the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was a step up from continental, tasted fair and was presented well and had a variety of foods to satisfy most needs. The location to the Conference Center and Mall helped to make it a great stay also. Even though the hotel website states that their free shuttle travels in a 5 mi radius and the Gwinnett Center is only 4 miles away, the shuttle does not go to the Conference Center and the hours is does travel is limited to business hours and you have to schedule it 24 hours in advance to use it.

“Good room for price”

Good room for low price. Only complaint was the fact that the night manager was rude and would not allow our party to site in lobby on provided furniture and talk with other patrons. He was rude and made up leave the area.

“Great Stay”

Had a great stay, Pro's were quiet, clean, comfortable room, good hot breakfast with numerous items, all the staff were very helpful and polite, price was good. Only cons which are minor in nature were the in room safe was broke and could not use which the allowed us the use of a lock box at the front desk and the other was they did not sell laundry detergent at the washer/dryer facility. Would definately return to this hotel.
