Over charge you for your stayPosted Mar 23, 2015
My fiancé and I booked this hotel for our three year anniversary this past weekend. We booked through Expedia and paid for the entire stay ahead of time but when it was time for check we received a receipt under our door for $90.42. We were confused because we already paid for our stay so why were we being charged twice. So at check out we talked to a person at the front desk that told us don't worry about it it wasn't our receipt and he took the receipt from us. We checked out and later that day my fiancé checked his account to see if the $50 incidentals fee had be refunded back to his account only to find out that they took an additional $40!!! Immediately he was furious this hotel charged us twice for one night and when he called to address the issue he was given the run around and was told to call back tomorrow when someone from that department was available. So Monday morning rolls around he calls they apologize for the mistake and say they will refund the money back to his card. Later that afternoon he checked his card again and the hotel took an additional $50!!! Okay so why are we being charged another $50 ontop of the $90 you are holding but we booked through Expedia and paid $113 in full before arriving to the hotel. The hotel staff do not care about refunding the money the only thing they are saying is that they will try to fix it. So please do not waste your time with these people at all. I truly wish we picked another hotel instead of this one.

Stay here! (If you hate yourself)Posted Mar 15, 2015
No keys. No kidding. Needed an escort every time I wanted to go into room and wait for everyone else before you to be escorted first. 2 days later no closer to resolving. Room had no closet, just a bar in the room. Shower was a trickle.

Decent. Not worth the moneyPosted Mar 2, 2015
The hotel looks nice but it's like the saying," Everything that glitters isn't gold". The hotel is nice but not worth $100 a night. My water in the shower was cold, had to call multiple times to get it fixed. Drains were slow to drain. Bed was very comfortable though. Overall appearance is nice and close to interstate.

Paper thin wallsPosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Clean and large room. The manager in the Grill was the nicest and most friendliest guy in the hotel!
Cons: Noise, furniture, and take out the outdated iPod dock alarm clocks.
Location: Nothing, near the highway
While the hotel just under went a remodel the staff was lacking and so were the rooms. The room was large and clean, with the exception of the dresser that was literally falling apart. The walls were so thin I could clearly hear the guy next door's phone conversation and tv as if he was in our room. The 3am fight above us was amazing too as it woke up the whole family with F-bombs. 30 minutes later the extremely loud music started. Called down to the front desk and John questioned if I was really hearing these noises and said security would be sent to find out. I was also told that this was a hotel, what did I expect. 10 minutes later the music went down but still loud enough to keep us away. We left the hotel at 4am and got back on the road, extremely disappointed since 6 days earlier I had stayed at another Wyndham property and had the best experience.

Nice Lobby, and hang out area.Posted Feb 22, 2015
Cons: Check the facilities regularly
Location: Convenient. If you are staying long period of time, there is publix, and CVS for easy access to large food selection. Very close to Sandy Springs.
My door did not lock when I left the room. I informed the front desk. 24 hours later, same problem repeated itself. I was stock in the room, and not able to get out without taking my valuables. very disappointing.
