Recommended: The room was spacious, beautifully decorated the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious- I loved the huge shower w/ seat in it! The only problem I had was waiting for a shuttle to go anywhere else took forever! Seriously! I didn't mind that it was "off the main AC Strip" but the shuttle service was horribly slow! Not recommended: The room first. Nice size, clean, comfy bed. Outside of windows were very dirty. Spectacular view through the dirt. 23rd floor so the view would really have been impressive with clean windows. Not a deal breaker though, Before we headed out for the evening we noticed the bathroom sink was extremely slow in draining. Hubby took his shower first in the morning, the water was covering his ankles by the time he was done. I skipped a shower! At 12pm, it still wasn't drained. The casino/nightlife, or shall we say lack of! Nice little lobby bar. Sadly it is the ONLY little bar. Bartenders were very friendly and efficient, it wasn't what we were hoping for. There's a nightclub at the end of the casino floor called the Wave. It's should have been called the trickle. The ONLY people in there the whole night were a bartender, dj, and one cocktail waitress. NO patrons. We walked around the whole floor and all of these beautiful restaurants, Friday night, CLOSED! We are not big gamblers, were looking for nightlife. Even tried hanging at H.ooters.. one table of costumers. Whole casino just an absolute dead zone. Thank GOD Harrah's was the first stop off the jitney. Next time, I'm skipping the cheap rate and staying at Harrahs. Even though off the boardwalk, they offer enough to keep you there and not feeling isolated. See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: This was a really great vacation. The hotel was amazing. We got there early and had no problems checking in. When we first walked into our room we were amazed. It was very big and was nice and clean. The kitchen comes fully equipped with anything and everything you could need while you are staying there. The hotel is very family friendly and has lots to do. The staff is very nice and the service we received was great. The valet parking is very convenient and is a great price compared to other lots around. The valet drivers are very nice and friendly. We had left something in the car and it was no problem for us to go to the car and get what we need. I had read that there are lots of issues with the slow elevators, but we didn't really seem to have much trouble with them. They were busier at times when most people were going out in the morning or coming back in the afternoon or night which made sense, but it wasn't an issue for us. The elevators were the least of our worries. It wasn't a big deal to wait for a few minutes because everything else was amazing. The hotel is in a great location, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the boardwalk and the beach where there are endless things to do. We were very impressed with this hotel. The second we got there we were wondering when we could come back again. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to go back soon. See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: The hotel was lovely in appearence. The entire staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming, especially, Paula at the front desk. There was a laundry room available, which is helpful. There was coffee and tea available for free during most of the dat. Recommended: The room at Chairman Towers was roomy enough and the beds were extra comfy. Our tv remote didnt work but upon request a new remote was brought to us within 15 minutes. We were a little disappointed that the "Sultan Feast" smorgasboard was not open(it was just 6 pm) because we had a 1/2 off coupon, but enjoyed a scruptious meal at the bar of Hard Rock Cafe.
