Had a great time here. Hotel is overall good and it was off season so super cheap. Conveniently located. Would stay here again.

Commnets

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Centrally located off the boardwalk.
Cons: Don't concentrate on every little penny of savings.
I originally this I was booked into the main tower at Bally's, NOT the Dennis Hotel attachment!!!!!! There was stickiness on the night table by the window in room 548. the buffet is about a D- The buffet at Caesar's is a A++. I was left with one small tube of hair They leave a couple plus tubes of hair shampoo per person.

Cheaper compared to Caesar's.

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: The only thing going for the hotel is that it was next to the expressway and the outlets.
Cons: Everything can be improved especially customer service at the counters. Cost cutting was very evident.
Location: Outlet store a block away. Caesar's next door.
I lost my total rewards card and lined up to get another one. Since I am only on the lowest tier, the front desk kept bypassing our line to accommodate higher tiered customers. We all paid for the hotel and there was a separate line with a dedicated agent for the higher tiered customers already. There was no need to keep skipping our line and let the line grow longer. That is how the hotel treats its full paying guests. We called for room service since the brochure says 24hours. They said that they only have room service sometimes and we can call the next day between 8am and 2pm? Why would I call at those hours? I would rather eat out at those time. The bed was springy and uncomfortable. The brass fittings in the bathroom have lost their luster. The overall feel of the room was dated. Fee for in-room Wi-Fi? Who does that nowadays? Hotels losing money, I guess.

It was OK.

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: I liked the location of my room and that I was able to get a smoking room for my husband.
Cons: The hallway leading to my room and the room that I stayed in could use some updating.
Location: The location of the hotel wasn't too far from Boardwalk Hall. It sits right on the boardwalk..minutes from the beach.
I was disappointed with my room. Considering the amount of money that I was charged for my room, I expected it to be nicer. I did ask for a smoking room, but I didn't expect for there to be burn marks on the toilet seat and for my room to smell like an ash tray. The curtains in my room had alot of stains on them, or maybe they just needed to be cleaned. I haven't had the opportunity to stay in a casino hotel before, so maybe this is the norm. The location of my room was convenient. It was right on the casino level. The hotel staff was helpful, but I waited for about 7 minutes on hold for an employee to anwer the phone.

Rate that I used was reasonable. But I was disappointed that there was no complimentary toothbrush in a room.

You get what you pay for.

Could not get the shower to turn on so I had to take a bath. Hotel very dated. Should be a better way to filter the smoke too.
