Disappointing - doesn't compare to other casinos

Pros: Hotel was clean. Drink service on the floor was prompt.
Cons: The rooms need to be updated. And hotel check-in and check-out could have been much more pleasant if there was an adequate number of staff.
We were disappointed with our Bally's experience. Having stayed at Revel and Trump before, those rooms were much nicer for the same price point Our Dennis Tower "luxury suite" had nothing luxurious about it. The room was very small, dark, and outdated. Everything was clean but the rooms were reminiscent of a motel 6, not a casino suite. The staff was courteous but check-in took a half hour because they only had one person working. I highly recommend staying at another casino. Bally's isn't worth the money.

Cons: they can improve the carpets in the rooms as there was a burnt mark made by an iron. Also their elevators are pretty run down
overall the hotel is well situated and the staff are all very friendly. The hotel needs some renovation in both the rooms and their elevator systems

Check in and check out were not good. Bally's staff was not helpful and rude. I had a parking issue and they would not do anything to help with the matter.

Pros: The accommodations very comfortable & it was close to the shopping outlet.
I had a great time, the hotel was right in the middle; wheras, I was close to everything.

We have stayed at Ballys several time and always had a great experience until now. The hot tub was dirty and when arriving wed evening there was garbage in the elevator, the same garbage was there thurs when we were leaving

The hotel is run down and not very well kept. No maid service while we were there for 3 days. Only clean towels and change the garbage. I had to call for clean towels and only one person was working. Didn't get them until late at night. It's fine for a short stay but don't expect too much.

Great stay with indoor pool

Needed a close getaway with an indoor pool and this was it. Wonderful find in the middle of the winter
