Pros: the bed - very comfortable
Cons: just about everything!
Front counter staff person was rude, non engaged, uncaring. Hotel was confusing - no direction. Fire alarm went off early in the morning, followed by an announcement to ignore it!

Nice hotel close to the beach and shopping outletPosted Jul 2, 2014
We chose Bally's because it's the only hotel at the boardwalk with an indoor pool. We also considered of being close to everything, the beach and the Tanger outlet. We are really satisfied in our stay in this hotel.

Close to the BeachPosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Indoor pool area
When I booked, pictures of the Dennis Luxury rooms showed a King size bed and a couch. There is no couch in the room to pull out. We booked for two adults and two children. We had just one bed. I calked the desk and they said they would send up a cot. They did, but it was not easy fitting it in the tiny room. Bathroom area was nice and big but bedroom area was tiny. Weekdays it is $5 per person to use the indoor pool. (That was in the hotel details so I did know that). Pool is very nice as are sauna and whirlpools. The $5 gives you each a towel and a water bottle, but they "ran out of water". The pool is open 8 AM to 6 PM but 5 to 6 is adults only, kids must be out of the area entirely. We requested more towels but were never able to get more than 3, there were 4 of us! They were renovating the 6th floor to add Guy Fieri's restaurant and another, so the only place for breakfast in the hotel was Johnny Rocketts.

Cons: More information about area and resorts attractions in the room.
Great location with access to many activities. The beach out front, many restaurants in immediate area with live music and shows in abundance. Shopping opportunities in abundance ranging from outlet malls to exclusive shopping to boardwalk fare. Multiple gaming options were offered in the complex. Rooms were clean and quiet. We would book this again.

Great value and great locationPosted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: The rooms are great and staff fantastic
Location: Wild West bar, and service at casino bar was slow. Also the hotel would benefit from making restaurant facilities clearer.
The hotel is in the perfect location on the boardwalk, close to lots of fabulous hotels and bars. The Wild West bar was abit of a let down, but that's mostprobably due to the time we chose to go. Rooms are fantastic, modern, clean and comfy!
