Check in and check out were not good. Bally's staff was not helpful and rude. I had a parking issue and they would not do anything to help with the matter.

Pros: The accommodations very comfortable & it was close to the shopping outlet.
I had a great time, the hotel was right in the middle; wheras, I was close to everything.

We have stayed at Ballys several time and always had a great experience until now. The hot tub was dirty and when arriving wed evening there was garbage in the elevator, the same garbage was there thurs when we were leaving

The hotel is run down and not very well kept. No maid service while we were there for 3 days. Only clean towels and change the garbage. I had to call for clean towels and only one person was working. Didn't get them until late at night. It's fine for a short stay but don't expect too much.

Not the best

The hotel is old and didn't feel worth the hundreds we spent to stay there. The elevators were slow, the room service was slow and rude on the phone. But the location is great and really the only reason we were satisfied with our stay. I would spend a little more next time for luxury at a different casino hotel.

Winter stay at Bally's

Bally's has a fantastic location right on the beach, but it is getting tired and really needs a refresh. I'm not sure how much better it is in the summer, but the hotel was dead, the food choices were unexciting, and the decor needs an update. Even the casino area which should be their main source of income was not enticing. The entire hotel and casino smelled of stale cigarettes and even with the frigid temperatures of the past few days, I did not want to go back inside. We ended up walking down to Tropicana to find better food, a livelier atmosphere, and more to do. The staff was very pleasant, but they could not make up for the disappointing hotel facilities.
