We didn’t have any significant issue. Our only suggestion would be to inform there are no plates, cups, utensils as we needed to supply them. Otherwise room was what we thought it would be, clean too.

A double queen studio suite w/sleeper sofa reserved online via 3rd party booking. Arrived & confirmed w/ front desk attendant the room was correct, a suite for 6. He asked how many ppl in my party. I informed him only children accompanied & the booking site advertised children stay for free. The reservation was booked with my adult son’s card. He asked for the card used on the reservation to place a $200 refundable damage deposit. I gave him the card he requested. He said he couldn’t take the card, which is completely understandable, but then continued to chastise me, condescendingly stating “You should know better,” insulting me. I gave him another payment card issued to me to place the deposit & pay for the room. The room he gave us was not the correct suite as he confirms & charging a higher price for. I asked if there would be compensation do to his error & the incorrect price point. He said there was nothing that could be done. I attempted to politely suggest acceptable resolutions. He wouldn’t let me speak & continued to interrupt me & began to yell. Any time I spoke, he shouted HELLO! Pounded his fist on the desk. I was embarrassed, frightened & defensive. He threatened police & to throw us out after 10pm & a 2 hour drive. I made it clear if he did & had my children put out in the cold after advance reservation & pay b/c of negligence & error, I would civilly sue faster than he could blink. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Pool is nice. Breakfast provided. Dude sucks.

The guy at the front desk was nice. The room was extremely dated and had a foul smelll of cleaning products and they have mice. I left the hotel but at least they refunded me the 2nd night I paid for

Aside from extremely loud, banging refrigerator in one of our rooms, and a lost baby with police presence in the middle of the night. Everything else was very nice.

I loved it here! Definitely planning on stay again next February!!!! I think the pool area has to much chlorine all my girls were coughing and eyes were red! Overall it was great!

This property is in a great location, it was clean, and had free breakfast despite having a kitchen in every room... sets them apart from the rest because that is unheard of. The staff was phenomenal and was always willing to help.

The condition of the property wasn’t the best plus the inside like the garden tub needs update looks like just wasn’t clean. Average upcoming but not recommend wouldn’t be a full stay.

Absolutely a filthy dive.. i only booked the place because the room had a jacuzzi. To which was the most ghetto filthy and busted up jacuzzi I've ever seen in a hotel. The walls in the bathroom had stains, the sofa ans fabric chairs were completely filthy and staind. The kitchen are was beat to hell with missing doors and broken parts.

The staff is horrible and would never refer anyone to those dunecoons!!! We went to check in and have a service dog and first off they tried to charge us for the dog and that was strike one because it’s against the law to charge me such a charge and then the curry smelling ass sandfleas they said we needed all sorts of records and paperwork to prove that our dog was indeed a service dog and I showed then her id to prove it!!!!

Good value and great location for visiting the nearby Edwin Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. No hot items at the buffet breakfast, but with a full kitchen in our room we could cook our own breakfast. The room could use some remodeling, but, for the price, we can't complain. The staff was friendly and competent.

Generally, a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. King suite was quite large. Full kitchen with separate sitting and dining areas make this a good choice for a long term stay, especially with family. Room was overdue for renovation. Tub was in very bad shape. The drain plug was broken and reglazing on tub was wearing off. Safe was inoperative. I would have asked for another room if I wasn't just staying a night.

It was ok check in was good bed was hard didn’t sleep good! Room and hallway smelled awkward they asked for a hundred dollar security after I already prepaid then when I checked out the person at the desk said that they will refund after everything checks out in the room I was there for 1 night will never stay there again people outside smoking pot it smelled so bad outside
